I don't think they have much interest in Abhir angle. Otherwise they would have given a promo for it. And would not have revealed the truth about imposter so fast. But yes, no one wants stagnant trp, especially when there's high voltage trp drama going on in other shows.

Even I think they may not hug each other , even if hugging it would be one sided from ruhi. But it is more indication towards armaan Ruhi past revealing and abhira keeping her heart away from armaan. It is better because pyaar hone ke baad sachai bahar aye usse better yhi hai.

If the actual episode doesn't change, and he indeed hugs Ruhi back (though I'm still assuming he won't), I wanted to see how some are going to sympathize with Armaan. We need these drama to play out to move the story. We know Armaan is

on some Move on karo, but Ruhi never got there
