The day her mother died, her father figure also left her. In a way, she lost both her parents on the same day . Then her Dida and birla family kept no contact with her. She only had 3 senior citizens of goenka family to take care of her & then the man she fell in love or got infatuated with, also in a way she lost. When she decides to give a chance to her husband, he goes missing and is presumed dead.

why will the birla family keep contact with her they lost 2 sons of the family abhimanyu and abhir because of her hysterical fits .. if she had stayed with them who knows even that other kid would have died

They lost abhimanyu and abhir because of Roohi ? How?

Her mother died and all she knows is her maasi killed her, so she didn't want to see her face. She didn't ask akshara and Abhimanyu to leave the house.

If anything, it is Akshara 's impulsivity , taking rash decisions in the name of sacrifice and always running away from home, which in a way cost their life. If they hadn't gone to mussoorie, they wouldn't have died in landslide.
