I think this show was still slow in Gen leaps...

Gen 1 went on for 8 good years and Gen 2 for 5 years with maybe 1 year of overlap between Gen 1 and Gen 2.

Gen 3 was supposedly last one (he said it was some triology crap) but that didn't work... So, with some major changes in family dynamics of Gen 3, they got this generation...

Because copying Shreemoye was a success hence they forgot that they were actually responsible for some good iTv content... I don't like RS much but his shows like Bidai, YRKKH, Swarg were really strong ones...

Oh this show was something I watched as a kid mummy ke saath and stopped after a point of Gen 2... But believe me I never found this show worth discussing till Gen 3

Shreemoye was very popular in my state. A lot of people used to watch the show. Yes, you are probably right. They saw Anupama's success and decided to copy another show.

Starplus had copied Bengali shows from its sister channel Star Jalsha even before Sreemoye. Sasural Genda Phool based on Ogo Bodhu Sundori, Mohi based on Ishti Kutum (Imlie is second adaption of the same series), Meri Maa was based on Maa (though aired on LifeOK) and many others. After Anupama almost all StarPlus shows are regional copies.

The common things which are usually not dangerous is " life threatening in Yeh Rista " ... cars, cliffs etc

People fall and die , cars will randomly go reverse or front ( doesn't matter which way ) will knock down people ... dangerous than 💣

Is there a written update for today's episode yet, I need to see if I should watch or skip!
