Problem is nutty sp not in good safe .. previously top 2 shows get 3. + Now getting 2.+ Is big challenge.

Yeah it's marketing only but i feel PPL pissed on whole the auidence many lost watching ...so ratings are split between three channels

Exactly...I mean Zee Tv cannot be compared to SP in terms of viewership, yet in the prime slot they only have a slight difference in terms of TRPs. The whole purpose of introducing this gen 4 is to get 2.5 -3.0 TRP . That's why SP allowed this gen. So they won't be impressed with this unless there is a continuous progress.

Star Plus ke saare shows overlap ho rahe hai in terms of content. I used to watch 5 shows on SP till very recently. Every show has the same theme - ek ke baad ek aata hai.

Eventually I got bored and started reducing watching one by one

Exactly dude i don't watch sp shows just by all your post and coments I get to know and as usual I worked in media so i well aware of barc trp info..my fav is my regional shows only

I had been to BARC office once for work purpose. There I learnt about TRP system 🙈

It's not trp now..it's tvr now ...

Once upon a time trp is a meter used in one out of ten houses in one area now machine is used to determine that's the difference.ads comes only when there s high trp and reach in table of trp determines how much people watch it
