Nahi yaar. She fell on a mattress and had a near MC. Stunts and effect on pregnancy is as per convenience to the plot.

They should have shown her with a bit of baby bump, so that we would have got more angry on Goenkas for ill treating a pregnant woman

When she came to know she is pregnant, at that time she was 4 months pregnant , so i think must be 6 months now (?)

My mum had no baby bump when she was carrying my baby brother till her 7 months, so yes, it is possible but in a TV show i agree they should show the bump coz it looks unrealistic.

I guess, Abhira Sharma is prematurely born, that's why 7 month delivery
