Episode begins with everyone concerned for Aks as she faints in the mandap just before the Phere n is taken to her bedroom . Aarohi is there with her n she revives her , she asks Aks to rest n have some fruits , Aks demands to know what was ailing her . Aarohi tries to skirt the issue but when cornered by Aks she reveals about her pregnancy.
Aks is shocked n recollects her beautiful close moments with AbhiN that led to this pregnancy. Aarohi requests her not to reveal this to everyone , she should reveal only after the wedding is over . Aks is thoughtful.
At the wedding venue AbhiM gets impatient as he waits for the reports from the hospital , he is frustrated as wrong patient’s reports are sent , he decides to go check Aks for himself .In the room Aks looks at AbhiN’s picture and feels him come alive n they have sweet talks about their baby and she assures she will love n cherish their baby .
AbhiM enters Aks”s room notices her talking to AbhiN happily . She stops on seeing him. He asks what was her symptoms n how she was feeling . Aks reveals to him she was ok n nothing was wrong with her . He escorts ehr to the mandap , but she faints again n AbhiM supports her . She then reveals to him that she was pregnant .
Everyone hears Aks and are shocked .
The wedding is stalled . All are thoughtful.
Mamjari confronts Goenkas for hiding such important facts . Bade papa states they were in the dark about this . Even Aks too realised this herself . Manj refuses tk believe this n says Aks must have realised this long back . Aarohi and Mimi confess they were wanting to reveal this after the wedding .
Manjari, Bade papa, Surekha , Muskaan have heated arguments for n against this alliance .Accusations n counter accusations ensue . Heated exchanges take place . Kairav shuts up Muskaan’s Bhai ji and his ansh speeches . Muskaan Kairav argument , she douches the havan kund with water n pulls down part of the toran on the mandap earning angry glares from both family elders.
AbhiM asks everyone to be quiet . This was a wedding of AbhiRa and only they both will decide about the next step . He wants tk have private discussion with Aks.
Roohi and Abir are upset over the stalled wedding .

Birla family n Goenka family elders have a meeting , AbhiM too is present there . Manjari declares Aks cannot be AbhiN’s child’s mother n AbhiM’s wife at the same time, she has to choose one .
AbhiM tells Aks that he always wanted to marry her n is ready to marry her now , she asks what about her baby ? Will he be able to accept AbhiN’s baby ? Is he ready to give his name to AbhiN’s baby ?
