Episode begin with Akshara lost in thoughts ,Moshe feels sad how Abir wished for a happy family, but he laments that mumma and him live separately while Docman lives separately , his family picture would never be complete.
Aarohi comes and shakes her out of her thoughts , Aks brushes aside her thoughts and offers special chai to Aarohi , She probes her as Aks was looking too upset over something . Aks denies . Aarohi states she was never a good sister , but now she wanted to become one, she wanted to help Aks sort out her problems . She asks if Abhimanyu had said something to her , if they had a fight , what was the reason for her being so upset . Aks shares her doubts on motherhood, on failing to give Abir his demands she was failing as a mother . He wants his doc man as his papa but Aks is in no mood for remarriage. Aarohi tries to persuade Aks . At least discuss with AbhiM and sort out their issues n be at peace .Aks then further reveals how AbhiM had confesses he loved her .
Right then Bade papa’s presence is revealed n he over hears them.
Aks explains her views and asks BP not to get ideas .
BP sates he was neither getting ideas not saying or forcing anything , he just shares how he loved both his grand , daughters , he had seen them from birth , reach all their mile stones, get married , have their own child , suffer heart breaks .
He then reminds Aks how she realised Abir needed a complete family to grow up n how she married AbhiN for the sake of Abir . She married him when she did not even love him. He leaves all further decisions to Aks .
At Birla Hosp , an angry man creates ruckus , accusing and blaming all doctors for wrong treatment of his son. He accuses Mahima of being a fraud because she failed to treat his son who was admitted for a small injury but went into coma because of their wrong management . Manjari is almost attacked when others come to her rescue . The security is asked to restrain the rowdy guy and throw him out , the guy threatens to harm Mahima and all the others and take revenge for his some who was in coma.
Later they all asks Manjari him about the case . She reveals how a minor surgery had gone wrong because the moment oxygen cylinder was turned on the boy went into coma . Parth realises the spurious oxygen cylinders were to be blamed for the threat that his own mother was facing .
AbhiM informs his mother about his conference out of station , like many times earlier . Manjari senses something amiss n probes him. He refuses to divulge anything n asks her to pack his case n send it over to office .
Later he is seen walking out of office with his suitcase , he feels he better give space to Abir and Aks to rethink what they wanted to do , otherwise if they keep facing eachother they might not get their space. He walks out of hospital .
Akshara decides to clear things up with AbhiM , she reaches his office n finds him missing. She asks docs, paramedics n nurses but none know their MD’s location . Aks soon notices a serious patient was yearning to hear some music . Aks decides tk help her b6 singing a song . She sings beautifully and bring smiles to sad faces .
AbhiM is about to leave but hears Aks’s singing , he wonders if Aks was here to meet him, he yearns to meet her but stops himself as he gets second thoughts . He feels an impediment to leave , he wonders what was stopping him.
At Goenka mansion, Bade papa informs Abir that his mama had gone tk hospital to speak to Docman. Abir is excited that they might change their minds n get married soon , his family will be completed . Suhasini is very happy to hear this but Swarna thinks otherwise , she asks them not to get excited as she knows her child n is sire Aks had gone to hospital to decline any possibility of marriage with AbhiM , both sides clash . Bade papa and Abir decide to go to Birla Hosp n try n get the two together and with Abir they will take a pic . Abir is happy thinking he will get his much awaited family picture finally . BP shares his excitement n carries his mobile fully changed for clocking the pic .
They reach BH and come face to face with Aks who is looking for AbhiM . She gets annoyed on seeing Abir at hospital n starts scolding him.
The rowdy angry guy is seen looking for the MD of Birla Hosp to take his revenge for negligence towards his son. He notices Abir , who was the MD’s he tries to harm Abir . Aks notices the guy pointing a gun at Anir .Aks reacts fast n pushes Abir into a room n locks him. The rowdy guy confronts Aks , he wants to Kill Abir since the MD loved him the most

AnhiM reaches the scene n pins Aks to the wall n confronts her , Aks is shocked . Police team arrive n disarm the rouse guy n arrest him n take him away , he still vouches his revenge .
