Well he did love her, he had care, concern and respect for her, there are many scenes to show that and still loves her. Anyways I think there have numerous discussions on this and on WD on the forum, so no point going over them again.

As regards to why force her to come, he did not force her to come. They went to the meeting together, he got a call for the emergency, she said she will go on her own, to which he said you won’t get a cab today as there is a strike, call Goenka house and call the driver. She called and spoke to Mimi and realised there is no driver. She tried to lie which he caught and said first I’ll drop you home and then go. To which she insisted you have an emergency, let’s first go there, may be I can help you and then you drop me home. So no he didn’t force her to come.

As regards to help with lawyer, she came on her own. He deliberated if he should call Akshara, but then decided no to even when they couldn’t reach their lawyers and had no other option. Abhir heard it and told Akshara and she came on her own. No one from Birla’s called her. And once she started with the case, what should he say, you attended the last minute meeting, thank you for that but now will appoint a new lawyer because well you can’t take up our case anymore 🤷‍♀️ does that make sense??

He was impacted by her presence, so he tried to maintain distance. She didn’t have to pester him the whole time with her verbal diarrhoea. If you want to ask as a friend what is bothering him, ask that and leave it at that. Give the other person some space and time to talk when they are ready. And do your lawyer job and go home like she did today. But no when she wants distance she will do that but if he want the same, yeah tho ghusegi bina soche samjhe 🤷‍♀️

there is defo no respect trust care and concern...If u love a person, you cannot ignore the calls made of the person when the person s alone away from her family and the reason of this has been u...anything could have happened to akshu in that state...even after talking to a stranger, abhi had no concerns to at least talk to akshu and find out y she was calling him...and the stranger had her phone...

again, akshu has been on her own...before and after shaadi....WD per to he did not even bother abt her safety when she was in such a vulnerable situation...agar he was being so much affected by her presence...bhai y force ki mein chod kar aayunga tumhe ghar...aisa to hai nahi ki abhi ne uska saath har waqt diya hai...when he can leave her on the WD, ab to there was no question...

If abhi can come to her in the night asking for help...ki meri mamma se mujhe milna hai, please mere saath chalo....and he was okay when she was trying to rid him out of his guilt.....to akshu ko kya sapna aayega ki he does not want her near him now...bol do, I want to be away....what was all that nonsense.....rohan se bet etc...and people say that abhi does not lie...😂 yeh kya sach tha?😂🤣🤣

and yeh kya baat hui... i have no control over my emotions....anger mein ghar se nikaal do...ego and anger mein calls na uthao...and jab mann kiya tab propose kar do....and kisi ko bhi dhamkao...and the blame akshu...ki uske karan hua...😂

Why is WD being dragged out when the male lead on the show already admitted it’s his fault various times? Also, when he found out Akshara wasn’t at Goenka house, he did go there and ask if they found out her whereabouts. Then when Bade Papa found Akshara and came back, he let Abhi know that he met her, she is okay and living with a friend, and she also believes they don’t belong together, it’s better that they stay away from each other. Also besides WD, Abhi always cared about Akshara whereabouts and always made sure she was safe.

Now about Akshara being the lawyer. she willingly came on her own, helped them out, and she also made their investors agree- why would Abhi tell her thank you for your help but we will manage it now when Akshara did the part the lawyer was supposed to do. If Abhi would have told Akshara we no longer need your help , then Akshara would have said is being ungrateful especially when she already made their investors agree.

About not letting her go home alone, he offered various options for her before she decided to just go along with him. There was no force on his end to take her with him. It’s like it’s a new thing to just add the word force to anything Abhi does. I know that if he just let her be, then it would have been he claims to love but then just leaves her alone stranded on the road 😅.

Abhi doesn’t lie- this why all his excuses of what’s going on with him sounded stupid to Akshara. Also, in the car he goes I was under stress from a patients case this why I acted like this, I’m sorry- but Akshara called that a lie and said don’t make me feel stupid. Then she kept trying to give him relationship advice and move on courage despite Abhi saying let’s drop the topic and please don’t give me relationship advice. But she kept pushing why can’t he move on this and that.

Now the confession, Abhi offered her a blanket - she got mad and threw the blanket at him. Then Akshara pulled down the curtain in anger. Her main thing is why won’t Abhi tell her what’s actually going on with him. She didn’t believe any of the reasons he already gave even the most believable one that he is under stress from a patients case. She also started going on and on and on about many things. So she wanted the truth and Abhi gave her the truth. In his confession, he didn’t once blame her for anything - he was very honest that I have feelings for you- I am trying to keep it to myself because it’s my own problem to deal with. I know you love your husband. Our responsibilities have changed, we have a son to coparent, I don’t want my feelings to get in the way- I all make sure to deal with them. I failed as a husband and lost your trust. You are finally trusting me as a friend after many years and I don’t want to lose that.

Then the next day he apologized for confessing despite the fact that Akshara kept bugging the whole day to know what’s going on with him, and he was honest about it. He said the truth and now she doesn’t know how to deal with his truth despite wanting know it.

Okay I have to defend Akshara in here.

After first leap, when Abhi had the motorcycle accident, Akshara realized she did wrong by leaving the person she loves most even though she left due to a sacrifice for him. She goes like I love him the most and I’m hurting him the most now. When she found out Abhi had anxiety and sleeping issues and was taking pills for it, she felt guilty and apologized to him about it.

Then about Vansh’s marriage talk- she let Abhi know about it, said she will come right away to his party right after it - Abhi was okay with it. Also, she got stuff in traffic and had to change her tire. Akshara didn’t put one over the other- she would have made it to his party but had to deal with the car issues. Then she felt really guilty and kept clarifying it with Abhi and apologizing to him- to which he also understood her side. So yeah.

Abhi and Akshara are two people who love each a lot, who would die for each other as we have already seen through the times they have saved each other from fires. The problem is just they have two different way of loving each other and showing their love.

Their relationship is heavily skewed because of Abhi’s unconditional love for Ak and Ak’s conditional love for Abhi.

Manjiri’s accident track is when I realised, bhai sab kuch bhi hojaye, he will always run to her, he will overlook anything just to be with her. And her behaving like she did for Ar when he said Ar can’t attend wedding and everything after until he agreed for Ar to attend the wedding. I was like she will never ever love him the way he loves her. Their relationship is so skewed, that is a recipe for disaster in my opinion. People always love others in different ways and it’s natural but this level of imbalance in love is harmful, specially for the one whose love is more intense like in this case Abhi. He will always suffer. If I was Manjiri, I won’t let Akshara anywhere near my child.

Look at first leap, how he suffered but Akshara didn’t even bother asking even once instead she was busy sulking over how icecream was banned for her, no thought about Abhi popping anexity and sleeping pills. But he ignored all that just to be with her and took all the blame on himself for not trusting her. No mention of Akshara breaking his trust.

Even after that when she missed his MD party for Vansh’s first meeting with a girl, he just accepted that because he had made peace with the fact that she will put her family before him. If I was in Abhi’s place and my husband did that, he would get an earful. It was just first introduction meeting for marriage alliance versus MD party, it was a no brainer priority in my opinion. It wasn’t Vansh’s roka or anything.

I felt then that bit by bit Akshara had chipped away his character to get her way. And it is same now when she threw a tantrum by not attending Abhir’s PTA as a way of punishing him. I had expected Abhi to point out her wrong behaviour, but he let it go and just consoled Abhir that it is ok.

Even if they get together now specially with current Akshara avatar, I get a feeling (based on everything they have showed so far) it would be like Abhi living in fear of her throwing a tantrum rather than having a balanced relationship where they can talk to each other and sort out matters.

P.s - I don’t think Akshara realises any of this, she is forever in victim mode or probably it is writer’s prerogative to show the story and her character that way because that is what sells, donno 🤷‍♀️

I am glad someone touched on this point of what Ak was actually doing with this outburst. She got triggered by Abhir's comment and annoyed that Abhi was blowing hot and cold, that's fine. But I felt her issue was something else and it connects with what happened on the WD.

On WD, Abhi pointed out every single incident that caused an issue between, he didn't leave a single one out. Ak rejection of him coz Ar, interfering in family matters, leaving him for his hand, telling Neil about Al's fake pregnancy and concluded that Ar was right about Sirat. And all that time Ak thought they had resolved those issues and moved on. Hence her comment today that this is your old problem, you say you forgot but expect everybody else to forget. So basically he never forgived her mistakes and punished her on WD, but wants Ak to forget what happened to her (he wasn't asking her that but I am trying to highlight Ak's mindset here).

She said you know why I am giving so much gyaan bcoz you want to remain like the old Abhi (who caused her lot of pain and tried to control her). But she is not the old ak who will always try to calm him down, she has become bitter and argumentative. So they should never forget their responsibilities. and that means they will end up fighting. So when Harsh and MJ fought or whatever problems, who suffered the trauma of it - it was Abhi. and what happened to him. He had so much anger that he unleashed it on his loved ones. This is the trauma she is referring to.

and she raised another amazing point, she drew an analogy between the smelly jacket, and said one minute you care about me so much and another minute you don't even want to see my face. Which is exactly what happened on WD.

This is why she pressed him to reveal his issue because she does not want to make any assumptions on what is troubling him. She used to think she understood him before divorce but she realised that she never did as he always had issues with her. Now Abhir is involved so she cannot make assumptions as they cannot keep fighting.

Also, the old Abhi surrenders to his anger but new Abhi does not. So why will she want to the old Abhi. That means he can do the same thing, lose his self in anger and repent later. But who will bear the consequences. I think she wants the new Abhi. But Abhi's point is that his love was always there. I think they both misunderstand each other here.

Such important points, this warranted a proper discussion whereas I am not even sure if Abhi understood her. I think he did that is why he said the truth and was honest with her. he gets her grief but he has no opportunity to set it right.

Wow your version of Akshara made sense..I don't have patience to hear her out..this gave me some perspective

she is hiding her inner love for Abhi or should I say it’s overshadowed by so called gratitude towards AA.

she is super frustrated and annoyed with her inner voice. Her inner voice is telling her that she never moved on and simply pretending and it was so visible for the first five months after leap and then in her anger she just said let’s do it for Arohi and AA

Thank you for explaining Akshara’s side. I also liked that Abhi told her what’s going on in his heart but also backed it up by saying my feelings are my responsibility, not yours and I will make sure they don’t cause issues for us. I don’t want to lose your trust as a friend, I already lost it as a failed husband. Like he didn’t blame her for his feelings, when old Abhi would always ask her what should I do about these feelings, and try to hurt her so she can feel the pain of his rejection also. This Abhi knows that his feelings are his own to deal with, Akshara is not responsible for it.

I too liked his confession...he is so clear in his mind what's his truth and how it affects him and her and what is his expectations...growth in Abhi as a character and life HC adds in it as an actor ..he makes sticking for this show worth

So true..she is affected no doubt..her actions show that..sadly she has no one in her life she can talk to and who can give her some perspective..
