Abhi is not even thinking Akshara has feelings for him, there is no misunderstanding from him.

I think the hug was executed well. They start off with the rush of happiness in them when they talk about how everything is going well for everyone in the family, then they hug with smiles, then realize what they did and freeze in realization and slowly step back. For rest of the dance, they have awkward look in their eyes.

Akshara comes up with a plan to get Manjari into the kitchen. Gorillas are trying to guess the ingredients of the fallen ladoos and recreate the recipe. They are all behaving as if none of them have ever made or ate a ladoo. Mimi toh 101 ladoo ek time pe bana rahi thi na?

Anyway. The kids encourage Manjari to go make the ladoos as they are guilty of dropping them. Manjari is anxious but manages to go inside. Everyone gets out leaving Manjari with Abhira. Manjari gets over her fear finally and manages to made the ladoos. Sab khush! Manjari thanks Abhi for helping her. Both have a very nice, emotional moment.

They do aarti, sing, dance. Akshara and Abhimanyu are super happy that they’re life is finally perfect and they hug eachother. BP and Mimi see them, but are not shocked, duh! Soon Abhira realize the awkwardness and pull back. Mimi tells BP Abhira ka setting kar dete hai (not those words exactly, but you get the point). Manjari sees them dancing and is happy that Abhira are happy. She didn’t see the hug though.

Later, both Akshara and Abhimanyu are distracted while working, thinking about the hug. This scene is nice and funny! Both are like how could I let that happen? Abhi thinks of messaging her. Akshara thinks of calling him. Both rehearse what to say in front of the mirror. Akshara is like ghalti se ho gaya, bhool jaate hai na, waise bhi kitne baar hum … Abhi is like lets promise aaj ke baat ek dusre ko hug nahi karenge.. tch bacche hai kya! Abhir sees Akshara and is like whom are you talking to? Akshara says she is preparing for some argument for the court. Lol. Abhir says he wants to talk to Docman and her. He says there is a class party and each kid is supposed to take 2 dishes (not sure?), one from mom and one from dad. Akshara hesitates. He says last time they ended up getting the same bowtie so they need to coordinate this time.

Oh this would be so cute....I hope we get this....kuch toh proper family moment dein trio ko rather than seperate stuff with each parent.

Haha! Her late night realization of the hug was no where close to dosti.

I don't mind the promo otherwise but it deffo feels hilarious to hear Abhi being made to say to the Ak who has RELENTLESSLY berated him for 8 months ki "Tum hi mera dard samajh sakti ho"

She is literally the person who has LEAST felt his pain for a long time now......but chalo ab kya dwell karna is sab pe

In today's epi, she was deffo in OG Akshu mode throughout....the smiles Abhira were sharing were very warm and natural and even after the hug, she didn't go into any weird shell.

Ak is still giving him warm smiles in the promo even while making this dosti excuse......lol is dosti facade ka future khatre mein lag raha hai mujhe toh

Yep, looks like timing gadbad ho gaya, nearly all of the promo is done, including the hug today, so probably misunderstandings are on the way.

Abhi probably will get more comfortable with Ak now and Ak may think Abhi is misunderstanding. 🤷‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Not really, they both seem to be in the same boat. They hugged ( def initiated by Ak). Then they got awkward and stopped hugging and then danced with the kids. Then later both of them were feeling awkward on how to talk to the other. Ak also said, why I did this to herself. Abhi also same same. So both are just feeling weird about it and want to smooth things over basically. Both were shown distracted by what happened and practicing in mirror on how to talk to the other person.

Basically there seems to be no real MUs yet. They are both in friendship phase and both don't want to spoil it with the hug.
