Episode begins with Aks reassuring the patient that the other doctor was equally good and she was in good hands , she motivates the girl Jyoti, to undergo the surgery . Mahima and Aarohi are disappointed that AbhiM declined to come to do the surgery, this was a difficult case . As Jyoti enters OT Aks reassures the parents . Aks prays to the lord Kanhaji . Right then AbhiM is seen walking towards OT . Aks and Jyoti’s parents are grateful and thrilled to see him, he apologises to the delay , for his denial earlier . But he reassures them n enters OT.
At Cafetaria Muskaan lashes out at Kairav for getting her there as if it will sort out their issues. Kairav shows her Pallavi and her fiancé were planning their marriage , that Pallavi has a life outside office and Kairav was not a part of it . Kairav reminds her how he had trusted her when her ex fiancé was blackmailing her with her videos . He never doubted Muskaan whereas Muskaan was very suspicious of his actions despite his explaining he had nothing with his secretary Pallavi . He warns marriage had to be efforts of both partners , he alone will be unable to shoulder their marriage . He walks away leaving Muskaan alone .
At OT AbhiN informs the family that the surgery was successful , Jyoti will be OK after recovery . Aks and the parents are overjoyed . They are grateful to AbhiM .
AbhiRa are seen relaxing at Cafetaria and he appreciates her influencing him to change his mind , he now is ready to go to meet his mother .
At Goenka mansion, Aks has got everyone ready in Maharashtrian style and they all love their looks . Abir looks very handsome and he earns everyone ‘s appreciation n love n blessings , Muskaan too joins them n apologises to Kairav for suspecting his character. She had hurt him n the family . She apologises n asks for another chance . Kairav walks away . Bade papa warns her not to hurt family members again. They all go to Birla Mansion for Ganapati Pooja .
At Birla house Roohi is seen decorating the mandap with the help of AbhiM who is holding her in his arms , Aarohi and Shefali are seen completing the lay out of mandap . Mahima escorts a very scared Manjari .
Children from orphanage arrive . AbhiM informs that Jyoti’s parents wanted to give Prasad to these children on the success of the surgery . He informs Aks was arriving with Prasad. Manjari tries to hug AbhiM but he shares his guilt of not being able to rescue her in time . Manjari assures her that he was the one who has rescued her . Today she was alive because of him. AbhiM states she was panic stricken, he will never forgive himself until maa got over her fears , asks her to join him for Aarti .
Goenka arrive there for Ganapati Pooja. Abir hugs his Daadi . Aks helps AbhiM put on his cap . He gets flash backs of Aks from their romantic past , he the rushes away from ehr feeling guilty for harbouring romantic thoughts about Aks , when they have had an agreement to be together for Abir’s sake . He is also still guilt stricken for his mother . Aks hands Prasad prepared by Jyoti’s mother .
Children start playing n spill the entire Prasad Roohi and Abir get scolding from Aarohi and Aks . All are upset over the spilling of prasad .

At Janamashtami Pooja AbhiM persuades Scared Manjari to perform Aarti with him n get over her fear of fire .Manjari is terrified of fire and gets panic attacks at the thought of fire , she is hesitant but AbhiM tries his best .
Aks is all smiles as she places cap on his head , wishing him all the best .
