I watched the episodes skipped all Kv GK Muskhaan drama. AK’s lecture was not bad but if only she would apply the same thing on herself. Well she was trying to convince him the day before to not resign. Just today it happened because of Neelama's call about the girl needing surgery. So I think Akshara took this opportunity to once again make Abhi understand he cannot leave the hospital as a patient needs him.

Abhi has those same confused eyes he when she was lecturing him. The why are you doing this and why all of a sudden this concern? Considering the months of angry taunts he has received from her it is only natural for him to question when she starts crossing over into his personal space.
