Episode begins with Goenka and Birlas very worried for the safety of four family members , Bade papa and Kairav arguing with fire dept for not sending the firefighters faster . Soon all notice Aks coming out of the flaming very hugging Abir . Mahima checks Abir , then all are worried for Manjari and AbhiM . Aks assures AhiM will find Manjari .
Manjari is seen trying to escape from the flames , she shouts for AbhiM . He gets distracted as another kid is trapped n in the fire . The mother pleads AbhiM . AbhiM rescues that kid n then proceeds to rescue Manjari . She gets affected by the smoke inhalations and faints . AbhiM struggles to reach his mother .
At the venue , Kairav gets annoyed with the fire dept . Roohi and Abir worry for poppy n Daadi.
Aks rushes inside n reaches Manjari , soon rescue team arrives and pulls out unconscious Manjari . All rush to manjari , the kids are in tears . Mahima checks n finds her pulse very feeble , she rushes Manjari to hospital.
Next the rescue team gets AbhiM out of the flaming venue . He is very upset for his mother .
At hospital, Mahima and other paramedics n nurses are seen attending to Manjari. A doctor informs the families that Manjari was suffering because of smoke inhalations and brain did not get supply of oxygen. Hence she was unconscious and there was danger of her going into coma . Both families panic .
The mother and kid come to AbhiM and thank him profusely for rescuing them . They praise him for rescuing them before rescuing his own mother . Mahima and Aks are furious with AbhiM for not rescuing Manj first , they blame him for Manjari’s serious condition, which could be avoided if he had pulled her out earlier . AbhiM is guilt stricken.
Akshara looks at AbhiM getting accused and recollects how she too was in the same situation … getting accused when things were not in her hand .
Mahima, Swarna and Surekha attack AbhiM. Bade papa supports AbhiM for what he did , all accuse AbhiM for not rescuing his mother first instead of strangers . Parth arrives and accuses AbhiM of failing to be a good son , he accuses Mahima and anand for making an incapable person the MD. How will he fail to take care of hospital when he failed to take care of his own mother !
Doctor inform that Manjari was sinking , she could go into coma and then suffer multiple organ failure .
Roohi and Abir pray to lord for Manjari’s recovery . All pray to the lord .
Aks gets her guitar and requests for a chance to try music therapy n try to revive Manjari . ICU doctor n nurses prevent Aks but Mahima signals them to permit Aks .
Aks sings a song sitting near Manjari .
“Piya tose naina laagey re….”
Manjari moves her fingers , Aks is thrilled , both families watching through the window are thrilled to see Manjari responding.

AbhiM is guilt stricken and avoiding Manjari. Aks extends had of friendship and requests him tk come tk Manjari as she needed AbhiM’s support , she assures everything will be good hence forth. Muskaan dislikes AbhiRa friendship .
