Episode was super sweet and felt super weird like the hum saath saath hai kite festival after the leap.
Abhi-Abhir bonding is back on track from before so I am happy about that. Atleast both of them are not suffering any longer and that is enough for me. The whole Abhir sleeping on Abhi sequence felt super weird to me. First, I always hated it when Nav did that and I don't really see a six year old kid sleeping like that. But maybe the bed wetting issue was rooted in the fact that he missed sleeping with Nav. So in that case, I am again not cool with him substituting Abhi for Nav. Another thing is, if this was the case, then why not just sleep with Ak like that? What has she been doing exactly?
I hate to agree with Muskaan but does seem like she just wants to replace Abhir's father and use Abhi the way she used Nav before. Her dialogue seeing Abhirmanyu sleeping was so stupid. How exactly is this her majboori, I don't understand. The simple fact that Abhi doesn't require her permission to parent Abhir and has formed a bond on his own and now she can't do much about that bond? In any case, she is the one who accepted Abhi's help with dealing with Abhir cause she doesn't feel she can do it on her own. As a mother, there is no real connection with Ak. If Abhi dies, she will use someone else and carry on like that so she doesn't have to do any real parenting herself.
Abhira I cannot connect to at all anymore. Abhi has withdrawn from her completely and only shows any real emotions with Abhir, otherwise with her, even the nok jhok for me is falling flat. And then there is the "mera beta" jhap. Did she do this with Nav too? How did she accept a stranger as her child's father quicker than his actual father, the guy she wanted to be the father of her kids? Cause for Nav she accepted him as Abhir's father in a day, but for Abhi its been months now.
The month leap was required in any case, for them to show the well oiled coparenting machine now. They are still showing communication issues between them, and Abhir is straight out pointing that out. I do think its cute to show them fighting over little things and Abhir face palming, but again, it falls flat a little.
The pain of Nav's death is lessened and people are trying to coexist and everything, but the basic issues between Abhira are still there cause they exist from Ak's side and have not been dealt with or resolved yet.
If they want to do a quick resolution by October, this is simply not the track to follow. There is still a lot of damage to be taken care of.
Precap: Not sure what is going on, why are goons in front of new goenka house and what do they want from muskaan?
