Why would he run away ? He is free to marry her as his mummy and arohi both are desperate.

The situations are totally different.

Akshara was overconfident of winning the custody and was ready to erase Abhi's existence from abhir's life.

But today, abhi gave up what he got after fighting and what is rightfully his!!! He lost everything yet again!!!

He has his Mom, Ruhi , Arohi & Prth bhai ,entire clan of Birlas are there , his son will always be his son ( biological son)

Now AbhiN will be gone so he will become sole father figure , here too Akshu is at loss , she lost her best support system for last 6yrs to fate ( I don't know how they are going to show his death)

His son wants to stay with his mother ( like Abhi M wants his mumma)

He can visit or stay with son !
