I started watching YRKK s3 for Navir bond. It was so prestine. AkshNav were never my priority. When AbhiN had an accident, that is the time I had felt that AK has fallen in love with AbhiN without knowing it as she was deeply concerned for AbhiN as any wife would be for her husband (and not friend). But, AK then was in the process of moving on and was going back and forth between her past and present. At every step (after AbhiM's kasauli visit, after AbhiM's accident), I wanted AK to leave AbhiN if she was not over her past. As Surekha chachi said once, if Abhira are in love, they should be together. That also would help AbhiN get his own family, a wife who loves him for real and I agreed with Surekha chachi 100% then. In my old posts, I have written that I am perfectly fine with Abhira reunion. Even though I still stand with my PoV that AbhiM is a narcicist and obssessive lover, as before, I understand Abhira fan's love for Abhira who perceive the pair as non separable twin flames ( I did not). Only thing I wanted was, AbhiN to stay in Abhir's life as a coparent as that is what I had signed up for. I was even fine AbhiN marrying someone else with visiting rights with Abhir. Now, even when AkshNav are together, I hv been missing the Navir bond as post leap Navir bond was the focus and not AK- Abhir bond. With AbhiN's upcoming death track, the thing I started watching YRKK s3 will come to an end and so will be my posts.
Now, to today's episode
AK: AbhiM's haq has pushed AK again into the state where she was 6-7 years back when she met AbhiN. However, even in the bad state, she remained strong then. She kept tellin AbhiN that she will manage by herself and tried it too. But, this time, she has someone to fall back on, get weak as she knows AbhiN is by her side and he is her own now. No stranger.
AbhiN: AbhiN has always managed situation with his goodness. Even today, AK was saved from police case because people knew about goodness of Mr. Sharma. When AbhiN had met AK 6 years back, he had empathy for her, but he was never emotionally involved in her. When AK's friend had come to take her at the pastry shop, he was happy that AK was going back. That made him stay strong then. The situation now is completely different. He is deeply emotionally involved in AK, he is not able see, manage AK in this situation. Even though makers hv ignored his pain till date, we the audience know how much he loves Abhir, and the pain that he must be going through.
As per me, most probably AbhiN's exit was on the paper from day 1(we all knew it), but the character clicked so well with audience that it was kept past it's need (as planned by makers) in the story. For me, story is the main lead, and a character should enter or exit the show as per the need of the story. Having said that AkshNavir had a great unexplored potential, which will remain so forever. आसमाँ को ज़मीं ये ज़रूरी नहीं जा मीले, जा मीले, इश्क़ सच्चा वही जिसको मिलती नहीं
मंज़िलें, मंज़िलें is what I will dedicate to Navir bond.
AK as before can run back to her abusive, narcicist ex with background music of Janiye.
The unexplored potentials:
1. I would hv loved to see some backstory of AbhiN, AbhiN's childhood traumas. AK, Abhir helping him get over those. Till today, AK- Abhir hv remained on receiving end and AbhiN on giving end. That would hv made the story wholesome.
2. I would hv loved to see AbhiN get over his blood relation obsession through finding his real family, getting overwhelmed after meeting them, only to realize that they do not love him like AK- Abhir do. In the process, developing genuine 'haq' feeling for his family.
3. AK- AbhiN bond: With AK becoming lawyer, how they as a couple navigate the educational-economic disparity would hv been a great area to explore.
4. AK- AbhiN: They both love each other, but hv not confessed. Their confession, romance, love journey, they hving their own child while managing insecurities that Abhir might develop as a step son would hv been a great area.
5. Character development of AbhiN: AbhiN entered as a good but Kismat ka mara, bechara character in the show. Instead of dying as bechara, we could hv witnessed him growing confident due to love, sense of belonging that he would hv got from AK- Abhir.
Goenkas: For the first time, I loved Goenka's attitude towards AbhiM, specially of BP. Him ignoring his beloved Birla son, AbhiM.
AbhiM: AbhiM does not deserve even hate for me, forget cliff. When I see the excruciating pain that he has caused to Abhir, AK and AbhiN, he is beyond redemption for me. Till Kasauli track, I wanted happiness for him, but after the custody track, after him 'Jid'se keeping Abhir with him, even after knowing that Abhir chose him out of compulsion, he is beyond redemption for me. Even today he said, why AK- AbhiN needed to go to Kasauli. He had guts to ask this question? How insensitive a person can get? Him deciding to take Abhir to Kasauli, after creating this havoc evokes 0 emotions. He as usual questioned god. Why? Even if as per god's wish (actually dida's wish) he won custody battle, he had freedom to choose his son's happiness, and sending him to his MaPa, but he did not. Hence, for not choosing what was right, for making 3 pure souls unhappy, he is singlehandendly responsible for the consequences that follow now, including AbhiN's death.
In future, if makers plan Abhira which they do, AK will be marrying a person, falling in love with him, producing gen 4 FL with him, who has blood of a person on his hand whom AK claimed to love till the end of the time.
Premonition: AbhiN was introduced as a person in whose hands nothing stays. Hence, we knew he was for a time being. Still due to the sunshine character that he was, we wanted him to stay little longer. But that 'longer' is coming to an end if the news is true.
The biggest premonition about AbhiN's exit for me was Chunari scene. I had AbhiN end thoughts after that scene, but I brushed it aside. After the beautiful Papa- Nikkeji convo under 'छाया' of selfless love, Abhir said, 'इतनी जल्दी हो गया?' and he came out of that 'छाया' to stand with his RWP with his sister Ruhi Chuhi.
How much ever beautiful, every journey comes to an end, so will be my Navir story. I thank makers for giving us Navir bond, giving us selfless, rare non- toxic male protagonist (sorry! cameo) on itv AbhiN, and an equally adorable son who said 'आप ही मेरे सब कुछ हो' to his papa ara, who kept loving his Papa even after knowing the truth.
Some fun questions that would remain unsolved:
1. AK had said she is luckier than Parvatiji for hving AbhiN in her life, but then will switch to AbhiM.
2. During Gangaur dance, AK- AbhiN and AR- AbhiM were dancing where their rope prop got etangled. At the end of the dance, it got untangled and AK- AbhiN remained the pair, but sooner or later, AK- AbhiM will be dancing holding that rope with AbhiN watching it from the Goenka family frame ( if still kept).
3. AK said to MJ that her love for AbjiN knows no bounds, but will marry AbhiM and produce babies with him.
4. During KV- MK marriage, AbhiN- AK pair entered home and so came back the electricity, throwing the darkness out. So, with AbhiN's exit, it will be all darkness?
5. Again, during KV- MK marriage, BP coincidently did AK's kanyadan to AbhiN. That will be unrolled too?
6. What about the beautiful poem said during Gangaur, which said, the partner (AK) standing on the one side of the sea/ river came to the other side ( side of AbhiN). So, AK will swim back to previous shore aka AbhiM.
Hope makers will answer these questions in future even if I will not be there to watch...🙂
