He could either come as his OG self and support Abhimanyu and be against the Sharma couple or he could actually try to mend the relations between Birla’s, Goenka’s and Abhira as he actually redeemed himself and became positive before the leap.

Agree with all your points except Abhimanyu’s exit. I said this before but repeating - why should he exit? He is the main lead with Akshara. I so so wish he’s given a very harsh bitter reality check by Manjiri and berated like anything. He deserves credit where it’s due - for saving Akshara Abhir and raising Abhir like his own child. But it doesn’t negate what he did by colluding with Mrs Sharma is a huge blunder. And he needs to be berated for that. I wish he’s thanked before he leaves but also shown the mirror and given an exit which is just like his character 😁

I said specifically awaiting HC exit because, I want the PH to take the wrong decision of making Abhimanyu disappear for a few weeks and take the narrative forward with Sharma couple and see where ratings go.
Let DKP writers understand who is the viewers choice, who is the original TRPs puller, who is the hero, who is the lead. 😆😆

My biggest problem is - Watching this kind of story in a serial on a popular channel, any sane parent will be scared to voice/show protest or try to come out of a toxic relationship with the spouse thinking, what if their child (especially if it a child of that age) suffers by the decision of court. This is so wrong what the storytellers are showing; absolutely no responsibility or liability for what they are showing to society.

The legal procedure should have been shown in more detail and with more sensitivity. It is insane how they are completely wiping out a long term caregiver from Abhir's life without proper justification - for example, mother or stepfather were abusive. It is unbelievable how some people are cruelly saying Abhir needs to be away from his mother including vile Majari and some viewers. Unfortunately, a child cannot think like that. I can't imagine what the child is going through.

After working with autism, downs, cerebral palsy, slow learners, global development delay, adhd, add children I am scratching my head about the manner in which Akshara Goenka is constructed by team DKP

Akshara suffered, since Sirat died, she has been bottling emotions. She isn't transparent about her though process.

Alright let's directly go to non disclosure of Abhir's identity.

Initially I thought it's due to acute trauma Ak hid her child's identity. Trauma patients tend to wipe out certain incidents and are far away from reality. Fair enough

Post white day, let's assume Ak clung to Abhinav because she had separation anxiety and zero trust on her loved one's.

Suddenly we see a totally badass Akshara studying law. She attended a pvt college, certain subjects like legal methods cannot be self taught, one needs help. A law student knows the repercussions of name change in a birth certificate.

Why did the makers mix neuro psychology along with LLB

For once I thought Ak has split personality disorder.

A junior lawyer has more of theoretical knowledge than practical. Why Ak could not reveal everything to Manish and sort out the matter.

There were so many instances where Sharma's has the opportunity to win the case.

Writers have botched up beyond limits.

They just copy or pickup from SM and incorporate stuff in the episodes

Judiciary, mental health, shaadi, divorce etc

I know mockery of many many things. Doesn’t make any sense. I don’t even want to talk about presentation of Birlas, their hypocrisy, behavior and dialogues are beyond repair, it would be much easier they can just show the so called ML and mother as the villain, but no every now and then they are trying to make them the good guys. This cycle of good, bad and ugly is tiresome for us.

I and some of us can differentiate and understand the bad representations of things by incompetent writers and producers but unfortunately there are many trp viewers who will be affected and influenced by these presentations and these channels have no liabilities to whatsoever.

Talking from personal experience it's not easy for a 6 - 7 year old to adapt so easily when certain relationships are in place.

I preferred Kairav's track because it's authentic. Children do not have decision making abilities, they can excel in academics but they are thrown off guard when their parents turn hostile hence the term broken home is used where a child is shared by two individuals.

Akshara and Abhinav have erased Abhimanyu's position in his life. That child thinks docman as a solution provider, indebted for saving his life, he considered him as a friend. After the custody battle Abhir realised why Dr. Abhimanyu Birla became a part of his life. Now he's not wanted because Papa has taken over the position of Dada since six years, instead of sharing his concerns, Abhir has started hiding challenges faced, he never mentioned or complained about Shivu.

In the precap Abhir's goes missing.

Abhimanyu's journey as dada has crashed before it started.
