I think here the rights got further diluted due to the documentation fraud and the father not being aware. As in the court thought bad more because of that. I would have liked the judge to say she is using both reasons to give custody because the Goenkas took 2 mins to twist it into their becharapan when they were the ones who started it. And BP has been a part of custody before also, so why didn't he know money matters? Didn't he try to use that point to get Kairav? So why not give Akshara some property on her name? Itna hi raita faila rae the toh theek bhi karne ka plan karte.

They won't. Singhanias also exited slowly after Goenkas came but yaha toh Birlas aa bhi gaye tab bhi yahin hai because even the production house know they hit gold mine with Goenkas who are always ready to create non sensible drama and then cry as becharas that they did nothing wrong.

Forget about Kairav custody, BP lived with his son hating him because he didn't handle a young boy's mental trauma properly, but he is helping his grand daughter give the same trauma, this time of people actually telling things the wrong way, to her son. He is ok with Abhir hating Abhimanyu because he is not a Goenka, without remembering he went through what Abhimanyu is going through, not being allowed to be his own son's father!
