Anyway Mj hid the truth that Akshnav tried to inform that they r leaving to kasauli as Abhir wants to spend time there! He got influenced and rushed to kasauli to bring Abhir to BH! He always said after the surgery Abhir will stay with me forever that means he and his mother always wanted to snatch the kid from his parents! They proved Akshara’s fears right by snatching a 6yr old from his parents!

I do not support Akshara like at all. But this custody case was simply ridiculous! The only way finances could be so important is if they highlighted that they couldn’t get Abhir treated without financial aid. But even so making the only family Abhir has known so far meet him only over weekends - I don’t get any reasoning behind this!

I guess thats why the arguments were muted because they don’t want all past issues to be addressed yet. This is just a way to keep dragging this crap further. When will tales of White Day and Stormy Night be done and dusted in this show! And then we can move on to new tracks and issues in the story but we are all stuck in a jam!

yeah. I could never understand why GKs were so fond of AbhiM and the Birlas after knowing what they did with their daughter. It’s common for parents to feel some type of resentment towards their children’s exes and family, even if your child was the wrong one in the relationship. And I definitely do not understand why they still encouraged AR to marry AbhiM. He could’ve just remained roohi’s poppy, but why marry AR? I was on KVs side when he objected to that decision. But as usual the GKs shut him up and sent him away! 🙄

And ultimately however it happened she did lose Abhir. All these things needed to be spelt out. Just like their hypocricy is being made super obvious using Shifali-Parth-Mahima... SO canonically the makers made it very clear why she did what she did.

Manjari is delusional as all hell, has always been and I expect her delusions to break with Abhir being upset and missing his family. But......Abhi has no real delusions right now. He also has no idea how all of this got to this point. He went to Kasauli and lived with Sharma fam for a month just to be with his son and to resolve issues with Akshnav and try co parenting. He wanted in all the ways to coparent. He even talked about it with Abhir on how he can come visit every weekend and stuff. So no point in saying Abhi wanted to fight for custody.

BP kept a condition: that if Abhi won, only then Abhir ever gets to know that Abhi is his biological father. BP got greedy, he wanted Abhi out completely and figured this would be the fastest way. Abhi said repeatedly that he doesn't want Abhira to lose any of his relationships, doesn't want Sharma fam to lose their son. This whole custody track happened so quickly that it is impossible to understand everyone's position wrt it. In short though, Abhi didn't want this, he also didn't want to be out from his child's life forever. So he left it up to the court. What would anyone do in such a situation? He said clearly that no one is being objective and only court can be objective so they can just accept court's decision and move on.

I don't see any sense in the court case or the decision either. Financials are just a stupid reason and I am guessing this whole sequence is just to create an interesting storyline, kind of like white day that also didn't make any sense.

Abhimanyu is indeed the biological father of Abhir, not child services or a foster care system. It's also important to remember that Abhimanyu or his mother was not particularly interested in gaining custody at that time atleast, it was Manish who had the idea.Abhimanyu was supportive of Akshara when she said she will only later on tell Abhir about him.

On the other hand, "Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway" deals with a situation where a mother fights against a foster care system and cultural differences to regain custody of her children.

Given these distinct circumstances, comparing the two doesn't seem entirely fair. Also, while it's natural to speculate about potential influences in court decisions, making assumptions about bribery is a bit too much..It’s my personal opinion.

And Manjiri and Abhimanyu - these two are the worst! Like how can anyone stoop so low in blindness. Instead of talking it out these two have no idea on how they are wrong! Someone like Mahima knows it's wrong... Selfishness at its peak and then showing fake concern (fake concern is my opinion for two fictional characters). Mahima shouldn't have brought in Parth as retaliation, but drama hai...

Abhinav is best support Akshu can get. She is so lucky to find Abhinav at right time after being devastated and kicked out.

One of the most absurd thing that can happen in this show is custody being given to single dad over happy family... Like no other show has ever shown such stupid thing. Single mom is great, but mom who gave her child best father is even better and fresh perspective!

first the case is bw Abhimanyu birla vs Akshara sharma not navra ,y would court think ab out nav here,he is no one in front of law except for Akshara s 2nd husband

no serial has shown such illegal thing as changing fathers name in birth certificate and in custody ,finance is one of the main thing court sees for the better ment of the child , if abhinav was not there they could have shown giving them joint custody

Did I write though about Abhi having any delusions? Abhi has wronged Ak on WD and that’s a reality. I never said Abhim is delusional, at this point honestly I have no clue about either of the leads’ pov because of the poor writing and can only assume. In my comment I only pointed out Manjari being wrong saying Abhim has not wronged Ak. Mahima was right in calling out the hypocrisy. And in my comment my main point is that why is there hypocrisy around judgement of both characters. If Abhim fights a goon, he is not risking lives? But Ak doing same is risking lives? While both their intentions are good, why is one a hero while the other a stupid person?

What I expect, no giving back by AbhiM. Mahan abhimanyu nehi chahiye. FL had enough of Jam maker. Other FL are going to America to persue dreams. So let Akshara rise from ashes and give her son the happy family by legally fighting it using her education and skills. Writers have made her lawyer for what ? And Mr Nav enough of taxi game. My cab agency owner owns 8 cabs, lives in a mansion. So even taxi driver can flourish. It takes time but ITV can do wonders, Mr Nav work your way to financial opulence.
