in India, a person can divorce or re marry multiple times, surnames also tend to change but I don't think a mother has the authority to completely erase or omit birth father's existence until and unless he disowns or gives up his rights.

But court wouldn't have considered only the financial situation of them being middle class, they would have considered that they couldn't arrange money his surgery. Many other things will be taken into account before passing the judgement!!

truth is they want abhir in birla house soon to move story forward actually both sides cant be justified and also court is for confrontations and they have completed concfrontations before only so they kept custody mute

But akshu was already reading law usko finacial ke baare main pehle hona chahiy tha how dumb she was to ignore her singing career and starting jam buisness when she knew this was her weakness.

And akshu ke lawyer ko nahi khud akshu ko patha hona chahiye tha paterntity fraud hotha hai
