I didn't watch the show back then, but I do remember the custody battle from the previous generation. I had no idea what happened between them or who did what, but it was entertaining. It's obviously not the same team because what was that? Separations and leaps are pretty standard on ITV, but I have never seen one executed this badly.

Abhir's illness didn't matter because his surgery was over in two days. Abhir's truth never mattered because no one seems to care what he wants or how he feels. All that was left was his custody and now that's over. If the custody battle wasn't the main goal then what is? I don't get it.

Before anyone makes it about the ships or who deserves Abhir. That's not my point. This was a waste of a good track in general. I was looking forward to watching it, but it was my mistake for expecting anything from this team after the past six months lol.

There is no main goal in the story since a while now....just different ideas to flit between characters and pairings😆

They've only sped up these few days of the custody battle scenes and then they will go back to the usual pace of paint drying with dividing scenes between Goenkas and Birlas....lol nothing will move and it will just be a few interactions with one set of characters in one house and one in the other....that's it😆
