I feel as priya said this track is going towards karthik jealousy track. Akshu believes that they have samman in their relation which was lacking in abhira as per her.

But here she may realize that her relation only has sammam and no matter what she does for him she will never be able to convince nav that she has moved on.

As she has already made it clear to him that she don't want abhi but still he still gets insecured with little things so now when he sees everyone are appreciating abhi more than him including his 4 family members that's when he will do something terrible.

This is one possibility.

Second possibility:

Akshu never moved on she just did drunk act so that she can purposefully tell abhi that she loves abhinav So that he can maintain distance from her and he don't keep any expectations from her.

She genuinely decided to move on but abhinav's insecuirty or abhi's accident will make her confess the truth and abhinav will back off after knowing that.
