Akshu never moved on she just did drunk act so that she can purposefully tell abhi that she loves abhinav So that he can maintain distance from her and he don't keep any expectations from her.

She genuinely decided to move on but abhinav's insecuirty or abhi's accident will make her confess the truth and abhinav will back off after knowing that.

Yeah, Since yrrkh keeps repeating tracks of season 2 I felt maybe it will be like the track where Kartik doubted Naira and her coworker friend.He ended up asking her about the relationship and his doubt.This way she realised their relationship lacks trust and she moved on heartbroken. But since Nav and Akshara are too sweet and perfect this may or may not happen but his insecurity is increasing day by day.😁Abhir knows he isn’t the biological father this fact will make Nav jee more insecure and impulsive in the coming days I’m guessing..

The second possibility you suggested is possible like in the films like Chandni when male lead gets hurt the female lead confesses or realises her feeling.Like she ran to Abhi when got her got hurt in the bike accident.But also, there is a chance she might blurt some hurtful words if Abhinav and her have a disagreement due to his insecurities.
