He used to love eating the daal baati churma with lot of ghee ..right in initial episodes .. so this inconsistency is there from the beginning..

abhimanyu eats salads only in the hospital. Thanks to the actor's fettish for junk, the health food has been seasoned liberally with mayo.

Yes at home, in the initial episodes he ate daal baati churma for breakfast.

There were couple of scenes where wholesome home cooked meals were served for dinner including parathas.
