I've seen Sai getting compared to Akshara for many days bcos of ongoing tracks in the shows.. and just wanted to give my 2 cents

I think its v.unfair to say Sai is anything like FlipAkshara. Sai has always been strong, opinionated & career driven.. an arena our so-called legacy child here hasn't even entered.

As to the tracks of fl's marriage to better guys.. the 2 situations are totally diff.. (I'm not a regular viewer so correct me if I'm wrong)... I'm going to write why I empathize with Nav a lot more than Satya.

Viru was ready to propose Sai & she was v.much in love with him. Only bcos of some useless elderly asking for Pakrat stability, she made a deal with Satya to keep the commissioner turned chapri ex-husband of hers away. Satya had seen Viru's insanity and Sai never kept him in dark.. he said yes of his own accord.. plus right after marriage he forgot about his dead love & was like I love Sai..

Nav on the contrary accepted Ak's deal bcos she didn't tell him the whole truth regarding the events leading to her landing in Pathankot & bcos of his attachment to the child throughout Ak's pregnancy. I don't expect Ak to be candid with him about everything, but it was shown that whatever img. of Ab Nav had was broken on their meeting. Secondly, Nav slowly developed feelings & never expected Ak to reciprocate. He knew her heart was broken & gave her time to heal. More than exerting his expectations & rights, he earned his place.

Now coming to Sai & Akshara behaviour to their exes.

PS I still maintain that Sai with her kids should've been the endgame & Viru didn't deserve any chance.. but makers forgot about what all Sai faced at the hands of Chavans so... Acc to episodes prior to Saiya mrg, Sai was shown breaking Viru's heart. She was guilt-ridden. Plus no time passed bw the new couple to have any foundation of mrg.

Here Ak said she was waiting for Ab throughout her pregnancy inspite of everything he did.. she told Manju if you'd come looking you would've found your pota n beti... I'm certain if Ab had appeared in Kasauli even after an yr or two of WD, Ak would've jumped into his arms.. heck she became sasti Paro after 6 long yrs.

Gosh this got long 😅

All I'm saying is that Ak is no better than Sai and if anything she's worse.. I agree with MyThoughts that she subconsciously wants Nav wrapped in cover of Ab.. therefore as per me I'm more in support of Sai there & Nav here.

PS on a second thought, my pov can be biased & maybe I should look at it from view pts of other ckts.. but then.. I could not care any less about Viru, Pakhi, Akshara & Abhimanyu.. so this is it

I totally get you , I am pro sai and nav as well. Lots of chappals for me as well. Every char has been selfish in ghum , when sai for once thinks about what she wants all hell breaks loose, even I agree sai given a choice would love to be single and have her kids with her as the end game. Cos viru doesn’t not deserve her and he is way way worse.

Sai and akshara are different, they have different traumas, Sai whole world was around her father , when he died it became Virat, sadly Virat became her whole world, she chose to leave multiple times, forgave him multiple times and finally stepped out. She strongly believes like her father loved only her mother and never moved on, she also strongly believes in first love and sadly she never had anyone to guide her,

Sai has been honest with Satya , she never lied to him, she kept her end of the promise of keeping his aai happy. Their deal marriage didn’t get the time to flourish. she hasn’t even tried to move on all these years, we will never know if she would have eventually.

akshara case is different, akshara and Abhinav have years of relationship between them, Abhinav is aware of how hard it is for akshara to move on and is way more understanding. I am more sympathetic towards Abhinav.
I feel sorry for Satya but I don’t have the same connect, cos Satya also mentioned he will always love his dead lover, he believes in first love etc and will never be able to move on, and he did move on. It’s just that Satyas characterisation is thrown under the bus cos of constant changes.

With two kids between them it’s just plain messy. I wish it was just sai with her kids, but I am not too surprised with Sai going back to Virat as well. In a way satyas life isn’t going to be spoilt more than it already is,. I would recommend not to take life lessons by watching ghanja, but I get Sai’s traumatic bonding with virat , girl needed proper guidance other than her subconscious aaba guiding her,

I have totally become immune to ghum crap. After Vinu’s birthday sai did a 180 degree flip and all her headstrong, level headedness and self respecting behavior disappeared and acted like someone who was forcefully married to another person, i.e., satya, to keep her away from her true love. I didn’t mind her going back to Virat but during this phase she behaved like a scum with Satya and his family and that she was kinda victim of her own decision.

And within a span of weeks she became more hated than pakhi. Can you believe that? In this regard Ak is much better than sai.
