Jab Kismat kharab hoti hai tab class ka sabase intelligent bachhabhi galti kar deta hai...
Before writing the POV, I want put across that I am liking AbhiM's overall behavior in Kasauli. Rather the sync that three parents have developed is nice to watch.
What abhiM said today made me ask a question: can we blame destiny or it is karma? It is tough question to answer and everyone will take sides as per their understanding on the issue.
There is beautiful line: What we go through today and call destiny is actually result of our past karma and what karma we choose to do today will decide our future destiny. This is the law, which will apply to both the AK- AbhiM and AK- AbhiN ship in coming days.
AK- AbhiM: Yes, the situations that AbhiM and AK went through were not always their making and hence people do have POV that it was not them but the situation that failed their relationship. I respect this POV.
However, in my POV, the choices that they made (their Karma) in given situations, are to be blamed equally. They both made mistakes, and had trust issues in addition to having personal flaws.
AbhiN- AK: AbhiN and AK represent the contrast ( till now). I feel that the AbhiN and AK even as platonic pair has been through the toughest times. We do not feel the intesity of their situation and feel that 'you know this duo did not face what AbhiM- AK faced as a couple, because the way they have fought them out.'
AbhiN, a stranger lost his rented house just because AK was living with him. For a person with his socioeconomic status, house has huge importance but it did not stop AbhiN- AK from being together. Neither AK left him out of guilt nor AbhiN left AK to have a easy going life. Even though their 6 year journey has not being shown in detail, we know from Jhula scene that they have been fighting it out throughout. Abhir's illness, their socioeconomic status, AK's love for AbhiM (in accident track), each had the potential to become rift between them, but it did not due to the choices that they made in given situation ( destiny). Even now, AK and AbhiN are living with AbhiM. We feel at ease looking at them because AK and AbhiN make it LOOK easy. AbhiN is aware that AbhiM has not moved on, and is still aware that AK does have soft corner for AbhiM.
If AbhiM goes a genuine redemption track ( I want that), it is going to become difficult day by day to take side with one ship. Any ship will sound okay. If this happens, side should be picked not on the basis of who has done how much but whom you want to be with for rest of your life. I want AK to pick side which is straight from her heart. Her genuine choice may hurt one in short term, but in long term, that will be the best thing to happen to all.
AK- AbhiN hand- holding: In yesterday's scene, I liked how AK held AbhiN's hand after he motivated her, when AbhiM is living in the same house. I equally or rather more loved AbhiN's reaction to hand holding. He did not take the hand- hold more than friend's cordial handshake. After the ' Apaki nazaro ne..' song night, in the morning AK again emotionally backtracked and did not much respond to AbhiN's 'Love filled gaze'. He picked it up immediately and I do see him again going platonic with AK, being just her friend.
Abhir and excessive love: Kudos to the writers for the idea. I never ever had thought that AbhiN's excessive but genuine love would become the turning point of the game and I loved it. In ghum hai.. where Vinayak chose his foster mother over biological mother, I was wondering why Abhir who loves his foster father, would drift away from him.. so for right now, great job!
