The way he is saying she is not Ak but Mrs Sharma is purely out of jealous. He is so triggered with Ak comparing his selfish n self centred love with AbN’s unconditional love ,He still wanted Ak back but he is hesitant as she refused him when he shamelessly proposed her in the temple and another time when she said if life gives her 100 chances also she will only choose AbN as her husband. So now he thinks she moved on so What ever he is bakwas he was talking now is out of jealousy and of course mamma’s influence. Karma hit him back so soon Mr brainless selfish Birla made the kid reach the hospital in a day, where as the kid was absolutely fine for 6yrs with his parents.

If she'd been the dil of India's best doctor family - they would've been free to subject her 24×7 to their whims (by throwing eye daggers, or giving silent treatment, or mata fainting, or bachhu shoutinv, or blaming, or breaking stuff, or Bs manhandling her).

They would also have been happy if she was single, stuck in the past, taking anxiety pills like Devdas Birla. That would've made it so much easier for them to barge in with their haq morcha & swoop Abhir.

But unfortunately..

She got married.. that too to a person 100× better than the Mrs. Sonar Birla & Mr. Heera Birla.

Ak never whines for bachhu. Abhir has the best upbringing amongst gorillas.

To abhi Mrs. Sharma is no longer a responsible mother for Abhir aise hi argument to dene padenge custody pane ke liye.

Also the dailogue is as stupid as choose one Ruhi or Abhir types.

If they would have been together than also she would be Mrs Birla mother of Abhir.

I think it was everything. Abhi has to view Ak as Mrs. Sharma cause he is fighting with her for custody of his child. If he views her as Ak, how is he going to separate her from her child? He still loves Ak, so jealousy will always be there. But more importantly, the conversation he had with her proved to him that she is not interested in having a rational discussion. She will defend Nav no matter what he does and will be angry with Abhi no matter what he does. It is like Ak pre confession when she defended Arohi for pretty much everything. He recognizes this behavior very well, so he knows there is no point in trying to talk about things.
