Can someone tell me why Akshu is letting Abhir gel with Birla's? Isn't she doing the same thing that Anu did with Maaya in Anupama?

Was there any POV why she is doing it? Now it's like GOLU is staying in BM from morning to evening. It's not that I don't like it but usually in custody drama parents keep away one parent from another parent as it can impact the case.
