Who will Abheer choose?

The custody battle dynamics is superinteresting. You do not feel anybody at complete fault.

Manjiri, AbhiM and AK: You do understand everyone's perspective except Manjiri. Manjiri is too selfish. A person who is product of abuse, becomes more sensitive but I can't understand selfishness of Manjiri. I do understand AbhiM's emotionally unstable behavior and sympathize with him to an extent as it has a backstory. AbhiM sounds sensible but his mom overpowers him. One thing to note that AbhiM talks sense on even days and gets obsessive, impulsive on odd days. His sensible talk can't be taken seriously. Once, he comes on his 'zid' mode, then it is RIP logic.

AK is in the same boat of haq as Manjiri and AbhiM. It looks like she is in the same category as other two. But it is not. She fighting a more just battle. Her life has taught her that more you let go the more you loose. You should fight for what is rightfully yours.

AbhiN: Initially AbhiN was ready to let go AK and Abhir on multiple occaisons but AK has time and again told him that she, Abhir and AbhiN are the family. He was never holding his 'haq' over Abhir but AK told him that 'mei apako haq de rahi hu. Use sambhalake rakhiye'. Now, it seems that he has hold onto it. He is not letting Abhir go away from him easily. We see him more and more assertive over abhir recently. How he will react to the custody battle is there to see? We might get surprised. The 'haq' wala person ( AbhiM) could let go and let go wala person ( AbhiN) might hold onto his haq. Turning the tables, and AbhiM becoming mahan over AbhiN.

Abhir, the little shivabhakt:- Another scenario that I feel has a high probability is that Abhir will choose AbhiM and get ready to move to Birla house. But not because he wants to but because he wants to save his papa from the pain that AbhiN will be made to go through. Birlas will block AbhiN from visting Abhir. Abhir and AbhiN eventhough together at heart will live a seperate life at least for sometime. AbhiM will loose actually while winning and AbhiN would win even in loosing.

It might become a shivabhakt vs shivabhakt battle. The little shivabhakt has seen his papa fighting the just battles and not destructive battles like AbhiM. The sword that Shiva will bestow him, he will use it to kill the octopus of 'haq'. Hopefully!

For me abhimanyu's true redemption is the first scenario (letting go of his haq on abhir &telling everyone that abhinav is the father) this I believe has started from camp when abhimanyu thought whether he would have been able to teach similar values to abhir that abhinav has taught.

The octopus abhir spoke about was abhimanyu's redemption who'll withdraw custody case &give away everything to the sharma family this way abhir will come out of the birla clutch &abhimanyu will not only get redeemed but will also finally come out of his mom's manipulations.

Now in this scenario abhira will happen only when abhinav dies after sometime &ak will again start falling in love with the reformed abhimanyu.

I don't think that Abhir will willingly go to Birlas thinking so much at this age, but then so far as a child he has been mature. He actually called Docman when he was sick because he cared alot about mumma Papa (no matter how illogical it sounds..) but I do feel Octopus will be defeated and he will win the battle😳

I do see Abhinav again giving up the haq bestowed to ensure his child doesn't suffer just like what Abhimanyu said on this even day! But let's see... I am soo not looking forward to it..

I agree, the custody battle dynamics are really interesting to watch. I can understand where each character is coming from except for Manjiri, who seems to be quite selfish. I feel sympathy for AbhiM because of his emotionally unstable behavior, and it's clear that his mother has a lot of control over him. It's interesting to note that he can talk sense one day and be impulsive the next. AK seems to be fighting a just battle and is in the same category as AbhiM and Manjiri, but she has learned to fight for what is rightfully hers. AbhiN initially seemed willing to let go of AK and Abhir, but now he's become more assertive and is holding onto his 'haq' over Abhir. It'll be interesting to see how he reacts to the custody battle. I think it's possible that Abhir might choose to live with AbhiM in order to spare his father the pain of the custody battle. It might become a shivabhakt vs shivabhakt battle, and I hope that the little shivabhakt will use his sword to fight for what is right.
