People are conveniently forgetting there's a huge difference. Manyu was a red flag since the start. Unlike the common hue n cry he was no angel that turned into devil on a particular day.. he was impulsive, aggressive, dominating, possessive before as well.

Nav, on the contrary, has been shown as a sorted, sensitive, mature guy since day 1. If suddenly they turn him negative ofc that would be out of sync & people would point that out.
