He cannot in anyway know the truth due to adult stupidity before the surgery ...Birthday equals to Kaand, let's see what 🧹 will do....I guess multiple things might happen, Abhi behaving super possessive & throwing his own bash without informing....For 🧹 ka kaand ..there are lot of things Abhir can discover....imagine him finding out that Docman is his mom's ex hubby who threw her out unceremoniously or a marriage photo or something...things would change drastically.
