No custody track right now then ??

Watched the episode today after the dud revelation this was a wholesome episode. Everything from abhi feelings about being a father , ak reasoning on not telling him, ak pain ,nav contribution, abhi longing everything and every perspective was captured...ak said it all

Coming back to the topic i don't think makers are taking the custody route rn from the precap.. what i understand is abhiM won't tell the family the truth that he is abhir biological dad rather just make ak stay by asking the US doc to not be available for surgery anymore... he's gonna assert himself in abhir life like that... Maybe we have a ballistic revelation to the family nd then custody...but rn for either abhir sake or something else he seems to be okay with visiting abhir and making sure his treatment is done in his care...seems like a good track...maybe a lot of emotions will come out of abhir treatment...I hope that's the case... would be a good track

Next turn of Manjri. I was thinking how would he file custody case. But glad he just put efforts to stop them. Tandav to manjri ne karna hai. Abhi k liye makers would focus on Abhir health.

I don't believe they would've a track etched out so much in advance...itv story change daily per TRP for now they're not going the custody route...who knows in future manjari knows nd then she remembers that since abhi is her actual son nd Neil the adopted it's abhir who's her blood..nd say abhi ak marry for abhir sake...you never know makers r flippers...for now they can show abhiM being abhir father nd believe me they will stretch this...i don't think the gorillas will know the truth track gonna come for atleast 2-3 weeks...hope that one is a banger..abhiM coming to know was mehh

Manjri to Custody case waise bhi file nahi kar sakti. Aur kya karega koi custody case karke subko pata hai result kya ayega. But Manjri ne drama to karna hi hai. May be blackmailing. Aur Abhir k liye uski maa, adoptive father, biological father to kuch bhi karenge.

Which is why I respect Abhi's position right now. Akshara's greatest fear isn't losing Abhir due to poor/lack of treatment or the chance that treatment goes wrong, it's losing Abhir to Abhi. While I understand that fear, it's making me wonder if Abhir's health is as big a priority as it should be. Whereas Abhi is prioritizing Abhir's health over this battle of haq (right now at least though he shouldn't be Abhir's doctor because is unethical to operate on a family member for so many reasons).

There are still chances of custody battle just not now because priority is Abhir’s treatment so that would be after. They will stretch this for 3+ weeks.

Definitely not rn so whatever happens will 3+ weeks later nd trp gonna decide track then

I still feel it won't be may be because custody makes no sense. Mj can file it but then may be abhi stops it.

I agree there won't be custody fight as it simply doesn't make sense

Also unpopular opinion abhimanyu did have regret on his face when ak revealed her side of story how she called him, tried to tell him about abhir but he refused to hear her out that regret &guilt was very much there he won't go for custody but at the same time won't step back as well

Abhimanyu will try to be a part of abhir's life in whichever way possible that doesn't mean he'll go for custody or try to take abhinav's place he did say that ak is right, abhinav is right but he too has a right on abhir which means he just wants to be a part of abhir's life him not going for custody &taking this route is the beginning of his proper redemption
