this is the issue with the writers. Akshara is a bonafide heiress. Does anyone remembe me how manish and the Goenkas were introduced in season 2. They mentioned that manish Goenka was a business tycoon. Someone who could sell and buy the singjanias several times over. The birlas in terms of their wealth seem to be at par with the singhanias. So unless manish Goenka went bankrupt after Kartik died, Akshara is much wealthier compared to Abhi. So she has enough money to sponsor her kids surgery whether it is here or USA. Also Naira must have inherited from naitik too so even if the Goenkas are assholes and do not give any thing to daughters Akshara would still have money from her maternal grandfather ( who was much better than idiot manish)
