But they don't really. One can call it subtle but I call it sneaky because this is what happens with these two time and again. Akshara's not really shown feeling anything openly. All these moments are shot so matter-of-factly, so this happened and then that happened, that rhythm, those highs and lows are lost in translation. Like her finding out Abhimanyu did that to Abhinav will definitely disgust her. That's consequentially predictable. But what does it mean in terms of Akshnav's arc? Will she feel even more gratitude that this man who was insulted and cornered by her ex husband like that kept everything aside and went to his knees in front of him for their son. And if she does what will that gratitude mean emotionally? Will it be one of ehsaan -- he's done so much for me. Or will it be of awe and love -- this is the man I'm married to.

Those nuances, those emotional beats are just not there in the story because Akshara's got to be so vague and muted which makes me think the writers have no idea how far they want to take it and are playing it safely rn. It does kind of take away from your enjoyment at times because you want a little more of those emotional components.

Yep. They keeping it vague for now for sure. Probably because of ipl

I'd give you that. The soul love component's been missing for a while from Akshara's side at least. And I'm sure as well that they changed the tracks somewhere mid udaipur or before that when Abhimanyu was leaving Kasauli. They've connected Abrohi marriage to the secret again.

I guess my problem is that they've left quite everything open to interpretation -- which from a storyteller's perspective makes sense because you want all your doors open -- but from a viewer's perspective I still think they might keep abhira as endgame and are waiting for IPL to be over to gauge what direction to take with the story. They can probably work with a 2.1-2.4 range without IPL but the second IPL hits they need the trps to skyrocket so they can average around this number again. But then there's the fact that they've tried to write a post abhira marriage story twice and failed quickly both times. So a third time wouldn't make sense until they're ready for a gen4. Also, as far as PR is concerned, they've officially engaged neutral stan tt/other social medias with AkshNav and the abhira fandom is even more determined to make their ship win. It's like a proper battle out there for 'justice'😆 which is literally what the showmakers and PR team wanted and have no doubt engineered to some extent. Abhira fans would probably digest more even as they cry and crib because their endgame/izzat/harshali all's at stake and abhimanyu's faults have been brushed under the carpet seamlessly because now it's a triangle and one man vs another. very tribesy.

But then RS does a lot of things but never sidelines his og leads. So im in two minds right now. I really want to believe she'll whole-heartedly love him back. And I guess they've been bold enough to move in that direction but will they go all the way is a question they'll only answer post IPL I guess. I think IPL period will decide the direction for the team as well.

I think Tamrind was sort of game changer with the endless triangles on sitara. After one point, one has to choose one partner unless all of the parties are okay with polyamory. It cannot go on forever.

Arylie sort of the changed the game there. While Anuj in upma was in the og story and kinda expected. Aryan was truly a curveball and it worked

So now you see second MLs across the spectrum getting ss and given importance even if they are not the endgame. Producers are more open to breaking their og pair imho.

And Shahi had said that this season was about immature love. Love with the idea of love itself.

About the PR, naturally they are keeping both the ships hooked for whatever reason. Whenever they decide to pull the rug under one of the factions' feet, they would have already invested 6-7 months in the show.

For me at least, I'd up and run the moment akshnav lose me because I don't need to watch Kabir Singh once let alone daily

I know... That scene.. the Car selling scene.. in any other series could have made it into the "that" moment.. when she felt something .. but here as we already know.. all the 'that' moments are reserved for only the leads..not the sideys or cameos

Regarding Akshu's lack of clarity from Ak side... I can't blame the writers.. They still don't know, how people will react if they find out the Ak have really moved on..

Now when they are showing that she, once want to move on, many people are interpreting all her scenes with Nav as though she is extremely sad and uncomfortable. She is miserable by pushing herself etc..etc..

I am not able to see that.. All I can see is that there is a little hesitancy.. but overall.. giving herself a chance to move on.. She is not uncomfortable when he holds her in hospital. But She should be preserved if Abhira is the end game... So she like sita.. should only have Abhi in her heart and not 'completely' move on with her current husband.*wink wink*

Personally, I feel the writers and creatives are enjoying the Nav scenes.. It is kind of rare to write a story of a non-biological father and his love for his child.. I have seen non-biological mothers.. but not so much of the father's side.. There are there but.. not so much..., especially in ITV...

That is why they are giving more SS for Nav (Actually.. I don't think that way.. at all... It is just the right amount for the story demands... but opinions don't matter anyway)

As I see it.. there are two stories.. in yrrkkh3..

Abhinav-Abhir story and the one and only Abhira.. the eternal lovers..

When it is Ak and Abhi in the scene.. it is the Abhira story..

And when Nav takes up the screen It is his and Abhir's story..

So that when Nav dies.. The Nav-Abhir story has to continue with Abhimanyu and Abhir story.

@bold: I keep hearing this.... I don't think if they had this immature love in beginning, they would allude to soul connection and Shiv Parvati love.

@italics... Me too leaving after Nav's death.... Abhira was never that interesting..

Absolutely! It's for certain that they have changed the format to suit the current trends..its not gonna be like s2 where separation happened divorce happened and immediately they started working on reunion. ..may be it was expected for abhira as well...now they r taking it the other way by having parallel leads or a parallel track which might run for a few months or year , bring bk the og couple and separate them again..or may be make the parallel lead permanent .

I said it already , pakhi angle working in ghum has spoiled their minds ..totally toxic third angle and equally toxic male lead , tormenting the fl together ..throw in the kids angle and make it more complicated bec kisi bache ne ma ke saath rehna hai kisi ne baap ke saath etc etc anupama also followed the same format..

Breaking their og pair is more profitable for them..there Is a curiosity factor if they'll be together ..if when and how....trps will remain...Maine toh ye dekha hai ke the moment audience starts getting repulsed by some character, they prolong him/her 😆Be it arohi manjari or abhinav ..this is the result of the backlash..

Everyone was predicting that Abhinav is going to stop Akshara from contacting Abhimanyu. But my boy did the exact opposite

That right there is Abhir s real father

But Makers have to bring in the Shiv-Parvati analogy. Today they made Abhinav compare Abhira-Abhir to Shiv-Parvati-Ganesh

I think Abhir resembles Krishna more than Ganesh

Nevertheless, Abhinav is going to die to make way for the "family" to reunite because paidash matters. Parvarish can go to hell

With all these scenes they are just making it difficult for audience to digest Abhiav s death

I am going to bawling 😭

@ bold

Shiv never distrusted or insulted Parvati like Abhimanyu did on the drop of a hat.

And might continue in the future as well.

Shiv respected his wife enough to even destroy the world for her sake.

And thus they are considered the epitome of companionship.

I don’t understand why makers compare these characters to them.
