To me it goes back to the whole marry for love or for what family expects agrument. And the whole I never though my love would cause all these problems remark that Akshu had made afte Bade Papa's heart attack.

Abhu wanted his happiness so he married Akshu. But little did he know that his happiness wpuld be short lived because of his family. He had moments of pure and true genuine happiness and joy. But because his family being the toxic bunch they are couldn't stand him actually being happy and in the end his relationship failed due to x, y, z circumstances.

As far as Abhi sees it Akshu's door is closed and there is no road for him to travel on even if deep down inside he wants to be with her. So he has no choice but to marry the family's choice. Abhi is trying to convince and explain the situation whether he truly believes thar is up to debate. I don't think so. He is convincing himself. He is taking it personally that Akshu has "moved on" like a jilted lover. The sad thing is he can move on but he will never truly be happy. He will be in a loveless marriage fulfilling his responsibility as the care taker of Roohi thats it.

Abhi just needs one sign that Akshu hasn't really left him and he will throw everything away again and come running.

I don't know why the makers keep trying to re-hash this same plot again 🤦‍♀️ First with Arohi and now Roohi with tag along Arohi. First time Abhi was very clear he could only love Akshu and could never give that part to Arohi. And now this time around its only for Roohi's happiness. So again no love given to Arohi. So to me first time shame on you, second time shame on me. Arohi is a fool to accept all of this when she knows how Abhi is. And when Roohi is crying she going to gaslight her daughter into hating Abhir and Akshu. Who have just as much...actually the most right in their relationship with Abhi. One is his son and the other is his love/ex wife/mother of his child/maybe wife again
