For a patient with complicated delivery , how was she allowed to travel for picnic? Mine being everything normal, I wasn't allowed to travel for the first trimester. Not to forget while she was pregnant and she didn't know , she was running a marathon from the studio and crashed on the footpath. If that didn't cause a miscarriage , what will? Falling from the cliff ?

Akshu acting like a petulant child was a major turn off, I will skip 50 epis now . Most probably aroo will stage a miscarriage , blame akshu for it , and demand one of her children . Aroo the mbbs doctor gets doctor of the year award from me..ivf ..itna aage ki soch ,like , modern soch 👏if I am not mistaken the preparations only take months.

Seriously the amount of patience and tolerance Abhimanyu is enduring to Akshara’s stupidity is really appreciable 👏👏

This guy is scared to death, but when he found her, instead of questioning and highlighting her carelessness, he praised her for the efforts she took to take care of herself and the babies. Somewhere in his mind he might have got angry but keeping in mind that his tandav attitude is not good and safe for Ak’s pregnancy he simply took a promise from her to be careful from next time.

I only realized after reading this tweet that it was going to become dark soon when she entered the forest area - so that palm tree umbrella over Akshara to prevent dehydration was stupid.

And they cut directly to next day, no mention of whether Abhira went to the temple or not ( maybe they saved those scenes for later? )

And Akshara’s bleeding wound is all healed magically and she’s out and about snooping on Aarohi.
