Harsh is Redeemed?

The episodes I’ve seen of the leap show Harsh as very calm and muted, almost giving off a ‘wise’ impression. Did they explain his character growth? Like what prompted it? Was it the added responsibilities after Anisha’s death and Anands fall from ‘grace’? Also did they conclude the Manjari-Harsh issues? She decided not to get a divorce but did she say why? Are there any improvements in their relationship?

Vinay is doing a fabulous job and if I only watched todays episode, without any prior knowledge, I’d assume the rift between him and Abhi was purely a misunderstanding, not a long history of childhood trauma I can see him consoling Abhi about his losses and being a silent support to Akshu as he was today but it is hard for me to really enjoy it without knowing there was a proper resolution (as pet ITV standards) https://twitter.com/lsecretkeeper/status/1600678703448887298?s=46&t=JKNMVM0aZ0KNZCQCSEQbHg

What did he do to earn that redemption? And what sprouted that change though? He's still called 'Sir' so I imagine nothing drastic changed between him and Abhi. He and Manjari don't have many interactions so he has not verbally degraded her like before but he doesn't seem to have any positive interactions either or I've just skipped those scenes which would be on me

He was shown understanding the value of Manjari and his mistakes from before the leap only. He was touched by how Manju and Abhi held no grudges against him and accepted his apology which led to him being reinstated in the hospital.

He always loved Abhi anyway but he finally understood how Manju brought up both Abhi & Neil with good sanskaar. He asked for her forgiveness and complemented her upbringing before leap only. They decided to be good co-parents to the kids

He had warmed up to Akshu on her birthday and then when she got Khera's contact and stood up for Abhi publicly when junior doctors mocked him, she became his favorite. Abhi also became less hostile with him during hand kaand because he was offering unconditional support.

Post leap it was shown that Abhi-PB maintained a healthy but distant working relationship. Manju he was kinda shown actively courting. Akshu sacrifice reveal turned him completely Team Akshu.

With Neil he is cordial (not loved like Abhi but accepted and moved on). He feels guilty though that's why he approved of his demand to marry jharu cuz he felt like he owed that. But after 10% drama he is very anti-Jharu. He slapped Neil too and didn't want them back home. Now he has begrudgingly accepted the trash couple after reception cuz whatever the family is like that but he is team Akshu when it matters

Thank you for replying and being so helpful! I'm so glad to hear this and it reminds me of Manish's transformation and how he's joined team Naira and never turned back (often choosing her side over Kartik's) and how Akshu is Manish's fav

Especially when he brought those articles for Akshu, out of concern. I see him turning a new leaf and I'm excited cause I think they'll handle this right

He started a few episodes ago when he heard about Abhi's hand and saw how Akshu supported him. Anand told him how maturely Akshara was handling Abhi and he was impressed.

Later he would remark to Anand multiple times that he was wrong on his judgement of Manju and Akshara.

And he apologized to Manju in person during Anisha's engagement also if I remember correctly.

The birthday gift was a very pivotal moment where he made an effort to change from his side. It was really beautiful

Thank you for the responses! i posted the same question yesterday as I was also confused about Harsh's equation with everyone. Glad to get some answers! These makers are SO busy creating new problems for Abhira that they havent had a chance to clean up all the previous problems and misunderstandings that they created. I just hate how they keep brushing previous issues under the rug and create new issues.
