It almost sounds like she wants her to babysit him. Dude he's a grown ass man, they can support one another, love and respect one another but if shit happens it's not gonna just be her fault. It's almost like Manjiri's implying that if anything goes wrong now, it's all on Akshu.
What an idiot. She really can't see her own son's flaws, like every typical MIL in these dramas. Characters who try to be goody two shoes but are passive aggressive like this are the worst lol.
