The scene I want (in my head): arohi creates a scene and accuses abhimanyu of putting a patients life in jeopardy in front of both families and media.. she starts giving the same lecture to him that he was giving to her today about patient’s life being most important, etc… akshu gets angry- she steps forward and in between abhimanyu and arohi.. (dramatic music playing) and SATAAK!!! Akshu slaps her!!! And says she is disgusted that arohi is using this in order to get revenge. And Akshu reveals that abhimanyu had already stepped away from being the patient’s doctor/handed over the case to someone else/ just assisted another doctor to provide his expertise… that way akshu will save abhi’s reputation publicly and arohi will get what she deserves and we will get what we have been waiting for.. sataak! Sataak! Sataak!! 😆

AK said those lines to support abhi that yes she was with him in this decision and it was needed for sure. It served two purposes, one abhi's insecurites got addressed and secondly, she got a message that she cant get away with anything wrong she do in her life just because akshu is with her.

With AK speaking abhi got more firm on his decision without any guilt of hurting his wife as he knew she was with him in this decision.

AR anyways had to come for revenge on akshu as she was the one who exposed her, so her speaking or not speaking was not stopping her from getting furious on akshu or not taking revenge from her.
