Manjari thanks the Goenkas for letting Akshu become her bahu. She says that she must have done so many good karmas to get her as a daughter. This entire scene was pure love. For all of the hate that HAM give Akshu, Abhi and Manjari love her twice as much.

HAM leaves for the meeting.

Akshu serves drinks to the Goenkas as the Birla bahu and everyone gets emotional remembering her serving them as their daughter. Neil and Abhi have a conversation about how hard it must be for Akshu to adjust. Abhi feels so bad seeing Akshu emotional and sad. This bond needs to be protected at all costs. Abhi understands Akshu so well, and Neil is also always there to give perspective.

Abhi tells the family that there is a special event for Akshu’s music department today and they have to go after. Manjari says this is all because of Akshu’s hard work, and Abhi shows everyone a wall of fame with trophies. Shefali says that her trophy is the biggest and she wishes that someone had supported her to Parth. Parth taunts the same thing. Both of them have serious communication and understanding issues, but Akshu will surely help them solve it. They are not used to seeing couples like Abhira supporting each other. Abhi says he will clear space on the wall if Akshu needs more, but he already has slots for her. Manjari says to clear away, because Akshu will get so much success. The support she gets from these two people is so pure. Akshu thanks Abhi and he smiles. She is so in awe of him. Her dreams are even more important to him than they are to her.

HAM is in the meeting and they decide to close down the department and build an IVF center instead. They say this is what is best for the hospital, but in reality, it is all about their egos. The hospital loves Akshu’s therapy and it is doing wonders for them. They just cannot tolerate it. Harsh takes credit for the idea and Mahima gets pissed during the meeting — again, this is where her insecurities come from, but what she does as a result is unacceptable.

Parth and Neil decide to change the ring finding game so that Abhira cannot hold each other’s hands or make the other person win in the milk. It is clear water with chopsticks.

Abhi wins. He then reveals to everyone that Akshu let him win. She tries to cover it up, but Abhi says it’s not true. Abhi says that their losses and wins are the same and there is never any competition between them. She says that you are my husband and I can do anything for you, but he says that is not love — that she should never give up what is her’s. This is the exact essence of who they are. Akshu does everything out of her emotions. She can do anything for the people she loves. She will continuously put Abhi first, even if that means she has to give things up. But, Abhi won’t let that happen. He is emotional, but he is also practical. He won’t let her suffer in silence. In this way, they will continue to balance each other out and be a team. They will face every challenge together. And, when one person falters, the other will pick up the slack.

By letting Abhi win today, Akshu also showed that for all the bashing she got during the marble game, it was never about making Abhi lose. He always has been her priority. That was just for fun, and she never meant to hurt him. In today’s game when it was about who takes the lead in life, she happily handed it over to Abhi. She does not care about being a leader or heading the relationship. She just cares about him being happy. And, for him, it is the exact same. There is never going to be any cheating or ego issues in this relationship. They both will do everything putting each other first always.

Akshu asks if Manjari can take the drinks up for HAM. She overhears them saying they are closing the department (but they have decided not to say anything yet and let the work begin first).

Akshu is so sad and goes back downstairs with the drinks. She has flashbacks about all the patients she has helped. It was never about the department. She doesn’t care about titles. It was always about helping people. That is her passion along with music, and this was the way for her to do it. She also remembers how happy Abhi was giving it to her. For her, the department is a symbol of Abhi’s love and excitement, and also her passions. That is what makes it special — not any fame she can get from it.

Kairav sees her crying and asks what happened. She brushes it off saying her ring keeps poking her because it takes time to adjust. She says she is really happy. She is not one to share her pain with others. She keeps it all in and always figures out how to deal with it. She has been through so much, and she is so strong. My heart breaks for her.

Abhi comes and sees them talking. He says that Akshu’s smile is my responsibility and Kairav says good thing I didn’t have to remind you. Abhi says you never will. There is definitely tension in this scene. Kairav is turning overprotective, and Abhi is not going to like that. He understands he loves her, but Abhi loves Akshu more than his own life and he won’t have people questioning that.

Abhi tells Akshu that he won’t ask her what they were talking about. Again, he is so respectful. This is the type of understanding that makes a relationship strong. He respects her privacy. But, he does tell her that he knows how hard it is to adjust here — even he hasn’t been able to. Abhi has been traumatized his entire life. He knows this is a hell hole, and his heart is paining for Akshu. So, he advises her to do what he does — just ignore everyone, especially Harsh. He says to stay away from everyone and just focus on him, Manjari, and her work. This is where Abhira are different. Abhi shuts it all out, whereas Akshu wants to bring the entire family together and bring them together. Abhi’s coping mechanism is to ignore, but Akshu’s coping mechanism is to try to win them over. They will clash here, but, again, they will balance each other out.

HAM comes down as the Goenkas are leaving. Harsh taunts and says you are leaving so soon, and Manish hits right back to say that they are businessmen so they have to balance. Manish always knows what to say.

The Goenkas ask whether Abhira are going on vacation and Akshu says its too hot, they just went to Jaipur, and Abhi has surgeries lined up. There is a little bit of tension here, but Akshu brushes it off. The Goenaks and Birlas are so different, and that is something that not only Akshu, but also the Goenkas will have to come to terms with.

Abhi and the others are joking around about Abhira working together and how this was all a plan so Abhi could do everything with Akshu. He is so so excited. Goenkas want to come watch Akshu do her job and Harsh taunts about the obsession of parents wanting to watch their kids work. Abhi comes right back and says that Harsh watched his first surgery so closely.

Akshu keeps thinking why HAM aren’t telling him that the department is shut down. She thinks it’s not her place to say.

Abhira were lovely as usual and Manaksh scene was also very cute. Abhi's advise to akshra was bang on and indirectly addressed to arohi to as she is the one for whom akshra always leave what is rightfully hers, They truly are true companions and complete each other in every possible way. most favorites for a reason ❤️

Mahima has superiority complex but then her husband has bigger complex than her which bring out all the inseurities due to which she keep treating people the way she do, which is disgusting. Harsh is another level disgust, he has no respect at all for anyone int he world except for his PR and money making, I m sure this IVF will be a flop plan and they will run behind akshra for her music therapy sessions for their patients when they will start complaining.

Abhi was savge in giving back to Harsh when mimi and Manish said they wanted to visit hospital and see akshra leading her department. still harsh has no shame and he will again behave in as disgusting way as he can.

My heart broke for both of them today! When Abhi told her that he has never adjusted to this house so how can he expect her to... Abhi has grown up being traumatized over and over again. He never was able to make peace with it, so he chooses to ignore it instead since that is his coping mechanism. But that is not something that Akshu is capable of, so of course she will continue trying to win everyone over no matter how much she is abused and degraded. Abhi's heart broke over and over again today seeing Akshu so sad. They deserve so much better than this hell house!!!

After today's episode, I am even more sure that Akshu is not quitting her career!! She is so passionate about her work -- music gave her a voice when she had none, and helping people is literally what she lives for. The flashbacks made clear that it was never about the department for her, but rather that it was an avenue for her to do what she loves + also a symbol of Abhi's love and support for her. She can do her career anywhere, and I think that is exactly what she will say tomorrow!! The Birlas think she is weak, but they are in for major reality checks!! In fact, they already have sensed that she isn't Manjari and has a strength within her, which is why they are so insecure of her in the first place!

Today's episode was kinda better.

So all those people who were upset with Akshara for cheating in sangeet to make her family win, yeh dekho bhai! This time she intentionally lost to make Abhi win. 😂 She cheated to make her family win but deliberately lost to make Abhi win. That's her sweetness.

One thing I noticed. Abhimanyu, Akshara and the Goenkas were calling it music department. Only the senior Birlas called it Music THERAPY Department. I don't know if it was dialogue writer's fault because it looked so wrong. The music department sounded so much like Akshara is going to sing and entertain people in the hospital and not heal people psychologically. It looked so wrong to me. The way the word Therapy is ignored by most of the people looked weird.

I am eagerly waiting to know Akshara’s decision. Let's see if she listens to Abhimanyu's advice or sacrifices her ambitions to win the hearts of senior Birlas.

Honestly I dont think she will leave her career especially when she know how much expectation her family, abhi and manjari have from her. She will move out of birlas and make a name for herself separate from Birlas.

Yeah, Akshu cheating was never about her not loving Abhi! She never meant to hurt him, and like I said then, it was never about her putting her family over him. It was just a silly game. But, today, when the rasam was about who takes the lead in life, she happily gave it up. She doesn't care about any of this. She just wants to see the people she loves happy. Abhi's happiness is above all else for her. It really does show how Abhira will perfectly balance each other out -- she is the heart, overly emotional. She will do everything for him, and she will be ready to give up anything and everything. This love is the type of love he has been missing his entire life. She will heal his deepest wounds. And, in turn, he won't let her constantly give everything up for other's happiness, not even his. He will protect her and help her learn to prioritize her wants and desires!! They will fill in each other's weaknesses perfectly!

As for her decision, she will do both! I think she won't have the family fighting because of her, so she will leave the hospital. But, she won't give up her career, because music and helping people are the very essences of who she is!!
