I mean abhimanyu definitely has some flaws but he's still a lot better than a criminal aarohi who removes blood stains from her car and hides the fact that she hit manjari and left her to die..

Abhimanyu is constantly blamed for proposing aarohi for marriage but these people never blame aarohi for being a shameless woman who lacks self respect and agrees to marry a man who clearly told her that he loves her sister..these people never blame aarohi for lying and deceiving people so that she gets the birla tag by marrying abhimanyu because she was greedy for power and position..these people blame abhimanyu for hurting akshara but never blame akshara for rejecting abhimanyu brutally and supporting her dear aaru in her lies and cheating abhimanyu by letting him think that aarohi saved him from fire..

Apparently abhimanyu is a villain for these people but criminal aarohi is a victim 🙄

But Abhi's whole beef with the accident was not the actual accident but the run part (which Aarohi did not Akshara). And then when she figured out her car hit someone before Manjari was even found. She could have told and the search could have been much quicker and they would probably even be forgiven but she chose to hide and destroy evidence. Destroying evidence is a crime.

I am not even getting started on emotional manipulation she did on Akshara and even tried to on Abhi (dead mother rant). Abhimanyu could have easily sent her to prison but didn't because of Akshara. According to you whatever his supposed manipulative reason for banning Aarohi is, he has every right to ask of this especially seeing how this girl has absolutely no guilt of the crime but only guilt of getting caught and letting Akshara take her blame so easily.

I live in the states and the first thing we are taught while learning to drive is not getting behind the wheel under any kind of intoxication is the driver's responsibility (not Abhimanyu's). You are free to hate Abhimanyu for his characteristics but

1. Don't lump an innocent passenger trying to save a kid from visible danger as the culprit for the accident

2. Don't blame other people's insults as an excuse for over dosing and DUI

But I do think a part of her knew she did. The way she was deflecting when Akshu proposed checking and how she ran away from the scene made me believe she was in denial.

I've talked about Akshu's response to the accident (and the events after) and why I found it brought a selfish and desperate side out of her in many of my other posts so I don't want to repeat myself. You're free to check it out and thank you for sharing your ideas with us!

Neither sister is a saint and I don't want to compare them. I'm not trying to bash Aarohi and I hope no one construes it that way. I just want to acknowledge both sides of them for I find them to be interesting people with lots of potentials (story-wise).

I definitely don't think any of the points I mentioned negates or even justifies Aarohi's misdeeds. She has throughout acted mostly from self-interest, but I want to point out that in all the bad events that have happened between the three, starting from the first Tilak, even Akshu and Abhi have a portion of blame which generally goes unrecognised. Both of them have also been acting only from motives of self-interest throughout...Aarohi's and Abhi's are glaringly obvious, Akshu's are hidden.

Abhimanyu not sending Aarohi to jail is completely for his own self, not out of kindness or forbearance. It would show him in a better light if he did cancel the wedding and hold both the sisters accountable. But he blames Akshu only for covering up Aarohi, and doesn't seem to find her culpable in the accident itself.

No I don't lurk around the forum keeping a tab on who is saying what . I don't see anything you just mentioned avt arooo and akshu in this thread.

The reason I picked arooo abhi and akshu comparison is that this is what this particular track is about . Akshu choosing abhimanyu over aroo and trying to tell us how good aru is. No, abhimanyu is not my favorite. I don't find him hot nor do I care for 6 packs , nor do I like the way the actor looks or act. But yes ,I find abhimanyu better than akshu and aru . I Anyways didn't point out to any of the fans or fandoms unlike some of the posts here , I was talking abt abhimNyu aroooo , what's so offensive abt that ?

Yes I agree all of them had self interest motivations. Everyone can see that.

I think the reason why Aarohi's gets highlighted the most and she gets major portion of the blame is because of her manipulations. She was the only player among the 3 who had all the vital informations at all points and played a game very smartly move all the pieces in her corner. I know Abhi gets shit for proposing but he had bared his conditions to her fully. Sure he was stupid, impulsive, immature but he was honest. And Aarohi knew that the proposal doesn't guarantee marriage. She knew her manipulations and Ak's silence/sacrifice had bought her that proposal. This is clearly shown by 2 solid incidents

1. The whole delete the fire accident proof kand (she knew he could break the marriage in a snap) so being jilted after the kand was revealed shouldn't be a surprise to her. Heck she had a whole ass dream where we had to sit through her torturous shrieks before Christmas party 😖

2. The jungle track. She knew again the only way her rishta will be fine is if Akshara stays quiet to Abhi. She was worried the whole night about her sister opening her mouth and that's the first thing she asks her when AK wakes up in the morning (Tune nashe me Kuch bol to nhi diya 😒)

So she was well aware that she was on slippery slope and her rishta was purely conditional. So her poor boo hoo act that she had no idea that he would leave her at the alter arguments don't hold any ground.

I know a lot of people "sympathize" with her plight but she was the one playing a a high stakes game whose consequences she was well aware of. It's just that she lost and now had to face them. She is a sore loser. When she was winning it was her "Kismat" but when she lost it's Abhi and Ak's fault. Really!!

Abhi made wrong choices which I condemn but he paid the price for them. He lost his standing with Goenkas and had to convince everyone that he was worthy of AK. He won but also a hefty cost which he gladly paid. Mind you he also apologized for deserting Aarohi on her wedding day. But he didn't apologize for giving her false hopes because he never gave her any. He was crystal clear on his stance with her from day 1 (infact Tilak 1.0)

AK again extremely selfish in hiding the truth but she didn't want to play this game at all. She didn't want to engage (maidan me utarna) because she held the trump card of her love. All three of them (even AR) knew the moment AK confesses it's game over for this rishta. She let go of her selfishness of sister love at the last moment. The reason why she doesn't get a lot of shit is because she paid her time before her crime. All this time AR wrongly accused her things she never did. So the one time she finally did, the audience didn't care because she couldn't be in any worse position than what she already was.

C, I undrstnd u like abhi bettr dan akshu & aaru....it's ur viewpoint....I usd 2 lke akshu&abhi, but I lost d likness 4 abhi very soon.......I kept wtchng d show 4 akshu.....aaru is -ve/grey....so I was fyn dislkng her.....I was pissed wen akshu let aaru manipulate her.......but I kept jstfyng akshu's condtng.....but nw dey hv ruined akshu also horribly.........
