But it doesn't negate the fact Akshu hid something very important from him. He wanted her love and for him to be her priority. This will only show him that once again she put Aru ahead of him, her family.

That point still needs to be resolves and the accident subplot will bring this to his attention. If not, then another question unanswered.

I also think someone else caused the accident...why else am I obsessed with that cow...where is it?!😆

It seems that they are perfectly transitioning from Aarohi being the main vamp to Mahima. And it makes a lot of sense actually for Mahima to try to use this in order to create a kaand and severely fail. Not only will she fail, but she will likely be badly blasted by Abhi and possibly others too. That will pave way for her to be even more anti-Akshu and set up the drama for post-shaadi!
