The lines sung by abhi shows his heart and his promise to her that he will always be her's and him asking akshu to promise her to not be upset on him or not let their bond break till the day they live.
Their cycle ride startes when he says I can't wait I want to marry you and i am mad for you from the day i met. Abhi admitted that God has sent her to him that he fell in love the moment he saw and she too confirmed same. He does not want to fake relationship or love. He is scared of losing her and gave him hopes. He says she gave him hope. He asks a promise. Promises of love to be together always Humesha forever.
Akshu gives him the promise singing she will never leave him and wherever he is she will be there.
Akshu says today stars are nice. Abhi says he is looking at his moon. Both abhi and akshu take out the teddy bear ring they saw in their dream and happily exchange rings.
Abhi takes akshu to the car and drops her saying it was the world's best ever date.
Akshu thanks kairav for arranging everything in a short time.
Aarohi sees the cards and ak and abhi tilak decorations and says shaadi mubarak to abhimanyu.
Akshu and abhi both are reminiscing about their moments together. Dr. Birla forgot where to keep his stethoscope bechaara patient.
Manish and Kairav are talking about the wedding arrangements. Akshu asks did they need her help. Kairav and manish says that she can do her own wedding. Catering, wedding mantra, vidaai and her doli. Manish asks when will the wedding cards will come. Kairav wants to do a special one. Akshu happily hugs kairav saying he will do the best one for her.
Abhi calls akshu. Akshu is applying oil and abhi asks what it is. She says jasmine and abhi asks does she like botany so much.
Akshu shows abhi their wedding rituals as a life and abhi seeing that tells let's straight away go to finishing line. But akshu wants a grand fairy tale wedding like her parents.
Aarohi comes and opens the door in force and ak pushes the board unknowingly later aarohi leaves and ak arranges all back. Abhi says aarohi is more of a snake around the neck than a third wheel. He is scared she will cause trouble. Ak asks him to trust aarohi.
Abhi says aarohi and trust are in opposite directions.
Akshu asks abhi to sleep and he sings sanam teri kasam. Which akshu hears and says she lost her sleep now.

Abhi sings sanam teri kasam song shows their struggles for their life. That they will happily endure all the tortures by her with a smile.
Abhi telling baarbaar when you are not there in my life I was not scared. Now he is scared for their marriage. Ak made him singing those songs foreshadowed their struggles together. Till now Abhi struggled for her but it's Ak struggle next along with him. Both wanted to take their relationship ahead together with struggles.
The wish that abhi has today will become akshu's. Abhi wish right now is to get married straight without any other rituals maybe one day it will be akshu who will wish and make it come true.
HAND BIRD
During the dance abhira make a bird with their own hands flying in the dark.
Ad a bird in the dark.. flying high fluttering their fingers as wings.. soaring high from ground to higher grounds.. showing their success.
HINTS IN TODAY EPISODE BY MEHERSUDHA
Manish saying his speed dialogues pheron ka mantr tum hi padho aur vidayi mein humare badle tum hi rolo aur dholi mein javo.
Ak made a board of shadi preparations showing their life. He wants to touch finish line and Ak wants grand fairy tale wedding.
Ar opening the door at same time and the board has fallen with that force. Ar told I don't know lovebirds doing ghutargoo here so closed Ak.
Next Ak picked the fallen board and kept it in its place.
Abhi saying Ar is haddi kum in their life but she is gale ka phasa jyada. Ar is the nagin roaming on Shivji neck always. Abhi not trusting Ar so black in dress and Ak in white trusting Ar.
Ar seeing marriage card of Abhira is not happy for Abhi. As her ego is broken by Abhi she is revengeful on Abhi but quiet for Ak.

Guys these are the few hints I have noticed in addition to Hari and meher points from today and previous episodes:
• Neil is made to sit in the chair and served food by Ak which is supposed to be the position of the head of the family position. Abhi taking the same chair [head of the family position] , changed the position of it and went and seated next to Akshara leaving the head of the family position to sit with Ak and served sweets to each other..
• Neil calling Babhi and Ak addressing him as Devarju but Neil cancelling that and asking Ak to call him as Neil. Naamakaran in two ways: 1. Birla tag. 2. Neil affter marriage with Arohi, new relationship and new naamakaran again to Neil.
• Neil and Vansh eating kachori seems to be having similar lineage as Hari mentioned. Abhi was standing behind Neil in that scene. So abhi will probably move back pushing Neil in front in the family dynamics.
• Arohis line of bringing the proof to Abhi as he didn’t believe her is foreshadow of her bringing the proof to Abhi to disappoint and hurt him and admonish his plans.. Arohi line of Shaadi mubarrak to Abhi stressing the word Shaadi denotes that in future its only shaadi to Akshara that Abhi achieves and is successful, and rest everything he might lose..
• Dating scene from the beginning to the end are all hints of future. Kv driving both Abhi and Akshara to the destination of their date where they give promises to each other. Kv will drive Abhira to the destinations where Abira will take their solemn vows of marriage.
• Kv after the marriage taking Akshara in reverse direction from the Birla hospital.. He will take her or Abhira away from the Birla Hospital to the new home that is kailash they might build together.
• When Abhi was disappointed and sitting at home due to the date being cancelled, Neil and Abhis interactions.. where Abhis is saying is it a problem if I come home now.. Shows the future where due to Neil, Abhi might have to face problem related to family and hom.
• Start of the date, Akshara is seen lying in stretcher between Birla hospital and Abhi.. and Abhi was supposed to go to Hospital for the surgery but he chooses Akshara and changes the direction of his journey for some time and walks along with Akshara leaving the hospital..
• Movie: In the dance, we are shown Arohi is dancing standing between Akshara and Abhi which shows she will always bring barrier between Abhi and Akshara to create conflicts between them and sometimes might be successful in her tactics, but in the long run Abhi will always defeat Arohis evil intentions.
• Abhi jumping from a height to ground in the movie shows he will come down from the higher position he is holding to the lowest level of ground for Akshara.
• Abhira can be seen happily swinging with all the flowers and green nature around. So It’s the Ritu devi and Kama dev in full glory along with Abhira spreading love and happiness around in the background of positive atmosphere of Kailaash.
• After the movie and food, Abhira riding together on a cycle shows the start of their journey under humble conditions on their own.
• Abhi is black denoting the dark phase in Abhis life and Akshara in yellow which is a symbol of hope, brightness and happiness driving that dark phase towards light.. as mentioned by meher.
• The promises of Akshara, Jahan tum ho, wahan mein bhi…. Akshara will be wherever Abhi will be and in whatever conditions Abhi will be but together..
• Abhira dreams same with rings…. So the future will go forward in the same direction with both of them having the same dream and striving for it together holding onto each other’s hands.
• Abhi lifting Akshara and keeping her high above him in the dance sequence shows he will always hold Akshara, her love and dignity above everything and even above himself and she will always be his priority.
• End of the movie showing Akshara with the heart full of love for Abhi and Abhi putting his smiley ball in the middle of it shows Aksharas heart full of love for Abhi and Abhi simply happy with all smiles to achieve her and her love even if the background and the situations in life are tough for them.. since it was scene was of Sankranti time and situations had been tough for abhira..
• Time limitation in the date shows time restrictions to Abhi in reaching his destination and being successful in his venture in future in that given time.
• Siblings except Arohi helping Abhira in their journey and life.
• Especially kairav will play a huge role in abhira life, who will do everything to keep his sister happy when she will b facing the world and the harsh realities alone along with abhi.. He will perform all his responsibilities regarding Akshara to the best of his capability…
• Akshara discussing her dreams to Abhi and Arohi unknowingly enters and in that shock all of Aksharas dreams comes crashing down.. But still she sends back Arohi and assembles all the pieces and arranges it back.. So all her dreams of grand marriage like her parents with the whole familys participation and involvement will come crashing down due to Sudden entry of Arohi but still Akshara will assemble from the scratch and try to bring her dream of marriage atleast to reality..
• In this whole dating fiasco one thing we need to think is the date was actually desired and planned by Abhi but due to circumstances it didn’t work out and Abhi was left disappointed but Akshara along with her siblings help organized the whole event on her own.. and made that even successful.. So probably all the desires and plans of Abhi and his future might come crashing down due to certain circumstances but Akshara will reorganize the whole life by arranging the marriage event, making a home for both of them, taking care of his food and other basic necessities and keeping him loved and cared with all the positivity and happiness around him as well as being that driving force for Abhi to start his new venture, new beginnings thereby helping him to mark his new name and fame in all aspects..
wherever we see its Akshara wedding Abhimanyu.. Though its Abhis ardent desire to marry Akshara and has even asked her several time for it but Akshara had declined each time.. So in future, there might be certain circumstances whereby all of Abhis dreams and plans will turn futile and crushed down,, and then Akshara might take that decision of marriage by herself, organise the entire event on her own with the help of the siblings except Arohi and make Abhis dream successful..
• Precap where family forgets and leaves akshara and abhi.. and is waiting in the temple for the function.. and arohis dialogue of something planned by abhira.. shows that abhira will be left alone by the family.. and abhira has to sort out their own life with their own problems and struggles and find the solutions of each problem on their own.. running forward to same direction, towards same destination of their dream,,holding onto each others hand.. That’s the future plots we are going to see.. and enjoy their new beginnings along with them..
