Chapter 2

Later evening Akshara returned from her work.She had a hectic day and was extremely tired today.She knew she still had to sort out matter with Abhimanyu.But she was still angry at him and wanted to cool down first.She didnt want to make matters worst..When she opened the door to her room she was horrified to see her room's condition.Everything was here and there and she couldnt even understand how this happened......Neil who was just passing by saw Akshara and went to talk to her......

Akshara (horrified)-Ye mere kamre ka haal aisa kisne kiya ?

Neil (chuckling)-Abhi bhai ne...He was searching for some file.Nai mili toh ye haal.....

Akshara (getting angry)-Kya karu mai tumhare bhai ka? Kaunsi file thi Neil ?

Neil (remembering)-Some red cover.It belonged to his patient jiski kal appointment hai......

Akshara opened the drawers below the wadrobe and pulled out the red file.Neil was amazed.Neil realized his brother was right.Akshara ki bagair kuch nai hota hai....

Akshara (giving the file)-De dena aapne bhai ko.......Mai na ye kamra theek karti hu.....

Neil (hesitating)-Bhabhi kya aap ye file de di gi please.....Actually I have to be somewhere with Sir and Ma please.....Mana mat karna.....Aur ha ma ne na Gajar ka halwa banaiya hai bhai ke liye please lete jaana woh bhi.....Aapse subah se mile nai hai na toh poore hospital ko kaatne par lage hai........

Akshara (understanding)-Theek hai de doogi...

Akshara started to clean the room first.She knew Neil was just using bahana to make her meet Abhimanyu..But she also knew there was no use in stretching this matter.Even though she was still angry she did have to talk to her husband....Kairav and Anisha's tilak dates were soon to be fixed and she had some work regarding to that as well....She wanted her brother to have a perfect day like he had made her tilak and every other function perfect...Akshara didnt realize in her thoughts when she cleaned up the entire room.

Akshara collected the file and the halwa container downstairs and went to the Birla Hospital.She spotted Mahima just out of surgery.Mahima sighed a relieve seeing Akshara....Akshara was confused seeing Mahima...

Mahima (happily)-Akshara beta accha hua tum aa gayi.....Aab poora hospital shaant ho jayega....

Akshara (confused)-Mai kuch samjhi nai......

Mahima (chuckling)-Abhimanyu ne poora hospital aaj sar pe ootha rakha hai.First he didnt have his lunch aur phir tumse baat bhi nai hu hai so you can imagine hospital workers ka kya haal hui hoga......

Akshara made her way to Abhimanyu's cabin.She checked and he was inside and had just completed his surgery....She opened the door and closed it properly...She kept the halwa container and his file on his desk and sat there waiting for him......Abhimanyu had just freshened up and came outside....He felt like his Akshu was outside.He wanted to hear her voice.....They had not spoken to each other the entire day yesterday and almost today.She was everything for him and it killed him to see her upset with him.He knew he was in the wrong and he should have used the words carefully....

Akshara was going through her messages on her cell when Abhimanyu came outside after changing.....He locked the door and closed the blinds of his cabin.He wanted to talk to Akshu in absolute silence with no interference......He sat down on the table opposite to Akshara who had put down her cell......

Abhimanyu (taking her hands in his)-Sorry Akshu.....

Akshara (ignoring his apologies)-Ma ne halwa bheja hai tumhare liye aur ye tumhari file.....(sarcastically )Room mai tehelka machane ke liye thank you......

Abhimanyu (holding her hands)-Sorry Akshu.....Please meri taraf toh dekho ek baar.....Akshara please.....

Akshara (on the verge of tears)-Yahi soch te ho na tum mere baare mai Abhimanyu.....Itne time mai itna tak nai jaan paye tum mujhe....

Abhimanyu (explaining)-Sorry na Akshara.Mai jaanta hu I should have used my words carefully.....And no tumhe kisne kaha mai tumhare baare mai ye sochta hu huh......Mujhe pata hia tum aisi nai ho na.....You care for both the families equally,you love them equally I know that......I am sorry....

Akshara (crying)-Gusse mai hamesha insaan dil ki baat hi bolta hai Abhi.....

Abhimanyu (wiping her tears)-Bilkul nai kisne kaha tumse.....I love you so much na Jaan.....Sorry....please mujhe maaf kardo and please rona band karo please.....Mai sirf Anisha ki baat ko lekar upset tha.....I swear mujhe nai pata tha ki Kairav ka aisa koi reason hoga Akshu......Please.....Mai phir kabhi aise gussa nai karooga Akshu I swear..........

Abhimanyu hugged Akshara tightly......He was just relieved that they had patched up.He could never stay without talking to her for a minute.Whenever they would fight he would be the first to cave because he couldnt stay without talking to her......Her voice was everything for him.....

Akshara (hitting him on his arm)-Kitni baar kaha hai change karo toh cabin ka darwaza lock karke karo.....Ek baar problem mai pade the kaafi nai tha tumhare liye...........

Abhimanyu (smiling)-Woh acatually mujhe Neil ne message kiya tha ki tum aarahi ho isliye.....But aage se dhayan rakhuga ok.......

Akshara went back to hugging him.If it were up to her than she would never be out of his arms....Nothing could hurt her when she was in his arms.....While she could handle many things but when she was with Abhimanyu he would protect her from every hurt possible....Be it Aarohi or anything else.....She knew she wouldnt be able to stay angry at him for long.....He loved her more than anybody else and she knew it.....

Akshara (still in his arms)-Lunch kyu nai kiya Abhi ? Tumhe pata hai poora hospital tumse darr gaya hai....Poor people......

Abhimanyu (complaining)- People ki padi hai aapne pati ki nai.....Subah kyu itni jaldi nikal gayi thi....? Poora din usi mai beeta hai mera.....

Akshara (rolling her eyes)-Zaroori kaam tha na Abhi..Agar tumhara kaam khatam ho gaya ho toh ghar chale I am very tired.....

Abhimanyu (requesting)-Tum hospital wapas aao na Akshu.......Sir toh chatpata rahe hai to bring you back......

Akshara (correcting him)-Papa not sir.....

Abhimanyu (smiling and ignoring)-Halwa kha lete hai.....Tumhari halat dekh kr toh lagta hai tumne bhi lunch nai kiya hai......

Abhimanyu fed Akshara while Akshara fed Abhimanyu......Both were relieved that their fight was over...When they returned home everybody rejoiced seeing both of them together smiling.....Everybody was relived that Abhimanyu would now not be Chidkuraam anymore......The dinner was peaceful thanks to the patch up of Akshara and Abhimanyu......

In the morning Akshara had woke up early because she had to collect something from the Goenka's Office.Abhimanyu was irritated at aspect of Akshara leaving his arms early in the morning.After much pestering Abhimanyu agreed.Akshara went to Goenka Offices soon and got the kangan back to Goenka House.....The kangan was very important to Akshara and Kairav both....

Akshara (handing over)-Ye lijiye Mimi......Thank god shaam se pehle ho gaye......

Suwarna (smiling)-Naira hoti toh tmhe dekh kar bahut khush hoti...........Handling all this for both houses is not easy.........Naira ke kangan dekh kar Kairav khush ho jayega........Akshu did you get yours polished well as well......?

Akshara (nodding )-Ji badi ma.......Aarohi aane wali hai ?

Suhasini (angrily)-Use aana ho toh aaye warna na aaye....

Akshara returned to Birla House to find Mahima Tayji and Ma absolutely busy with preparation for tilak that evening.....Both were fussing over Anisha....Akshara chuckled seeing Anisha all confused......Akshara sat down to talk to bade papa about Aarohi.....It had been few months after Abhimanyu and Akshara's wedding everything had been going peaceful and both the families were very happy seeing both of them when suddenly Aarohi had declared that she was leaving Udaipur as she had got a job in Mumbai and she wanted to take it....Akshara and Kairav had tried to stop her but she hadnt changed her decisions a bit which had angered Mimi......They all knew why she had changed her job and city....She had not called Kairav or Akshara once and eventually in their life they had forgotten about the issue as well but both dropped messages everyday...

Akshara forgave him too easily but I understand that it’s her nature.

The make up scene was nice but Abhimanyu’s anger was Kairav’s apprehensions coming to live. I really don’t think that he did anything wrong.

Loved the update...pls raise the romance quotient now that they have patched up!

Chapter 3

Akshara opened her eyes in the morning only to find herself in her husband's arms..His arms on her waist and their legs entangled together....Akshara smiled at the view before her...She was happy to have fought for this...what she had had...She kissed Abhimanyu on his forehead and gently tried to remove Abhimanyu's hand from her waist....the more she tried to remove it the more he tightened it.....She noticed a frown on his face the number of times she tried to move away from his arms....Once more she tried to remove his arms and that seemed to have woke him up finally...

Abhimanyu (sleepily)-Kaha jaana hai tumhe yaar subah subah.........

Akshara (trying to remove his arms)-Abhi mujhe ghar jaana hai....I have to help bhai and badi ma there please jaane do.......

Abhimanyu (bringing her more close)-NO !! Aaj bilkul nai......Kal jaane diya tha na.....aab aaj nai jaane dooga.....Sabko help ke liye tum hi kyu chahiye.....

Akshara (requesting)-Abhi please aaj ke din.....Aur waise bhi tumhe nai uthna......Anisha ka bhi tilak hai......utho.....

Abhimanyu (finally leaving her)-Fine Jao......Meri toh padi hi nai hai......

Akshara (guiltily)-Abhi naraz mat ho......please.....

Akshara looked at the clock at rushed to get ready.She took her clothes and jewellery with her in a bag as she would be getting ready at Goenka House.....She looked at Abhimanyu once before leaving and gave him a kiss before leaving......When she came at the Goenka House everything was complete chaos like every time.Bade papa was yelling at flower guys,Vansh bhai was calling Aarohi with no response........Badi ma was getting tilak stuff ready...Akshara decided to go and help Kairav....When she entered her brother's room,she noticed him looking at their parents picture....

Akshara (putting her hand on his shoulder)-Bahut miss kar rahe hai na aap mumma and papa ko....?

Kairav (chuckling)-Tujhe pata hai Akshu.....Agar papa teri shaadi mai hote na.....toh he would have been a mess.....And nightmare for Abhimanyu......Bahut pyaar karte the tujhse......Jab mumma unhe chidhaati thi na ki Akshu kisi din chali jayege unhe chod kar....toh woh itna gussa hote the ki kya batao....

Akshara (sadly)-I missed at my wedding too...(hesitatingly)-Did you talk to Aarohi ?

Kairav (chuckling)-Use toh yaad kaha hai ki uske bhai aur behen uska intezaar kar rahe hai Akshu....Does Abhimanyu know you tried to call her......

Akshara (smiling)-Ha baat hui thi meri....Frankly jab meri badi ma se Aarohi ke baare mai baat hui thi tabhi mujhe koi hope nai tha ki woh aayegi......I think meri aur Abhimanyu ki shaadi ke saath hi mera aur Aarohi ka rishta khatam ho chuka hai......

Kairav (sadly)-Zyada high hopes nai hai mujhe mere aur Aarohi ke rishte ko le kar bhi......Jab aana hoga tab aa jayegi Akshu......I am just happy ke tu aage badhi hai.....

Akshara (chuckling)-Us gha mai jaise hi Aarohi ka naam lo na waise hi sabke alert hone ke atenas khade ho jaate hai..... Khas karke Neil ke......And Abhi quite factually no matter what he tells me, he hates Aarohi.....

Kairav (seriously)-Aarohi ne har reason diya hai Abhimanyu ko,use hate karne ka.....There is no reason ke hum usse trust karee......

After ending the conversation quickly Akshara helped her brother pick a sherwani...Just as she was about to go downstairs to help her badi ma she twisted her leg on the stairs.....Kairav and Krish rushed to help their sister...Carefully Kairav and Krish helped her to her old room and called a doctor.....

Kairav (after dropping the doctor outside)-Akshu tu dekh kar chal na.......Rukh mai Abhimanyu ko call karta hu.......

Akshara (stopping him)-Nai bhai bilkul nai....Abhi ko kuch bhi pata nai chalna chaiye...Agar Abhi ko pata chala na toh ghar jaate hi mini hospital bana dega room ko please...

Krish (laughing)-Kairav ye kuch bhi bol rahi hai.......Laga phone Abhimanyu ko.....

Akshara (seriously)-Dada aap jaante nai hai Abhi ko isiliye itna has paa rahe hai...Its a minor sprain.Mai baad mai Abhi ko bata doogi......

Krish (chuckling)-Akshu aane ke 10 min ke aandar Abhimanyu figure out kar lega.....Dekh lena tu.....

Akshara started to get ready for the tilak.....She wore a light green sari with a sleeveless blouse.She used minimum make up and little jewellery....Abhimanyu came inside the room and was stunned seeing her.....She looked so beautiful.....There were no words to describe her....Abhimanyu continued to stare at his very beautiful wife.....

Akshara (calling him out)-Abhi kya dekh rahe ho tum ?

Abhimanyu (still stunned)-Tumhe...(taking her in his arms)-Bahut khoobsurat lag rahi ho Akshu....

Akshara (guiltily)-Abhi,naraz nai ho na....subah ke liye...

Abhimanyu (chuckling)-Tumse naraz rehna mere bas mai nai Akshu.....(making her sit)-Aab betho tum yaha pai....let me see your foot.....

Akshara (angrily)-Mere konse bhai ne bataya ??

Abhimanyu (smiling)-Krish....

Akshara (angrily)-Dada ko toh mai baad mai dekh loogi......Abhi choti si chot hai...I will be fine.....

Abhimanyu (strictly)-Betho Akshu.....

Abhimanyu examined Akshara's foot.It was indeed a mild sprain but she did need to rest her foot.............Kairav and Anisha's tilak was done successfully.Kairav was overwhelmed seeing Naira's kangan.....Akshara had handed over that to Anisha.....Suwarna looked at Akshara.....Naira would have been so happy had she been alive....Both her children happy and settled in their careers as well as personal life.....She knew both Akshara and Kairav were missing Naira terribly but she knew wherever Naira would be she would bless her children to be happy....

Suwarna looked over at Abhimanyu and Akshara....They had fought a long battle but they both deserved all the happiness in the world.Suwarna was secretly happy that Aarohi had still not turned up today,she knew that Abhimanyu hated Aarohi....Akshara had faced a lot in her life and all the happiness which she would get will be well deserved....

Abhimanyu was standing with Akshara in corner....He removed a strand of hair from her face behind her ears.....Their relationship had rubbed off on all the couples in Birla House......Theirs was the only happy relationship in the entire house.....Harshvardhan had become soft on Manjari,Anand and Mahima too had become more affectionate towards one another......Shefali and Parth had huge improvement.......Suddenly Abhimanyu noticed Aarohi on the doorstep and his grip on Akshara's waist tightened....Akshara looked at him with question......Neil noticed his bhai looking at the door step and went to his bhai and bhabhi before Aarohi could come to meet Akshara......Parth and Shefali too made their way towards Akshara and Abhimanyu.........

Akshara was still confused as to what was going on and turned her head and finally realized why her Abhi was behaving like this....Akshara signaled Abhimanyu to calm down.....The entire household went silent seeing Aarohi....Aarohi felt the discomfort in the air of the Goenka House.....She looked over to her sister Akshara....She was surrounded by all the Birla siblings and Krish and Kairav and Anisha.....She didnt know how to meet her sister....These 2 years away from the family had been eye opener for her.....But before she could go to meet her......

Neil (loud enough)-Bhai I think aap bhabhi ko ghar le jaye.....She needs to rest her foot.....Warna swelling badh jayege.....Waise bhi saari rasam toh ho gayi hai......

Harshvardhan (aware of what Neil was doing)-Akshu beta kya hogaya pair mai......

Akshara (explaining)-Woh papa stair case pai jaldi jaldi mai thoda sa sprain hogaya hai.....

Anand (seriously)-Abhi beta Akshara ko ghar le jao......Swelling zyada ho jayegi toh problem bada ho jayega....

Abhimanyu (nodding)-Ji Tauji....

Kairav finally understood what Akshara meant when she said the entire Birla family got alert around Aarohi....Akshara and Abhimanyu reached Birla House and Abhimanyu carried her to their room.He bandaged it properly with ointment....Akshara knew his fear of losing her heightened when Aarohi was around.....But things were different now than before....Before they were just engaged and had yet to understand each other......While right now they had been married for 2 years and had understood each other more and more.....
