But obviously in yrkkk they will still portray her as negative and a docile girl like akshara who’s all timid and gentle as good… However if viewers see beyond this they’ll see the good qualities that Arohi has and how she can be related to the modern woman of todays world ,.who are go getters…🤷🏻‍♀️

You say the modern woman is like Arohi! Omg h could not disagree more. A modern woman is not constrained so much by what society expect from her traditionally. She is willing to decide what she wants to be irrespective of traditions impose. She is not uncaring of family, ethics, right and wrong. she has principles and is willing to stand by them.
In fact by saying modern women are selfish, self obsessed, willing to step over others for your dreams, you are thinking and talking just like these serial makers who make all “modern women” are bad.

Also why does everyone call Arohi modern just because she is a doctor. As someone whose family is from Kerala, female doctors and engineers are a dime a dozen. In fact the modern generation of women who are my age are breaking away form this traditional way of thinking about academics and saying I want to do something exciting and interesting.

She needs to be punished for lying. For blackmailing her sister into giving up the person she loved. In fact for decades of doing this. For me, it's not about the exam. it's her REASON for going down that route in the first place. It's nothing to do with academics or career. It's ego. Nothing but ego. And everyone in that house is responsible for cultivating and fueling that ego. Akshara too, to a certain extent but since that's what she'd always been taught and trained to do plus the guilt she herself carries w.r.t Sirat's death... she doesn't see it as fueling Arohi's ego but something along the lines of - maybe if I do this, my sister will let go of her anger and bitterness and be my sister in a true sense.

Had Arohi done it all for her career, there was no need to hide at all. With all the date changes going on, she could have said, this exam is important, I will marry after that. Even a day after the exam is OK for me. But she didn't do that. Now she gets to play the hurt, jilted bride because by pure stroke of luck she'd been able to reach home on time. What if she got delayed during the exam or stuck in traffic or whatever? What then? I will tell you what... she would still stick to the same lines - it was a question of my career and my studies. Would bade papa still be OK with it?

You want us to see the good qualities of aarohi and neglect her bad behavior like Goenka's do. Like how she tells every moment that akshu caused her mother death. You want us to ignore that she is blackmailing her sister and emotionally abusing her and today what she did was a step ahead a physical abuse. You want us to clap hands for a manipulator. Aarohi blackmailed akshu to give up on abhi. To choose her or abhi. That's not the only way to survive in this world. And so far she had purely depended on her sister in every way to survive unlike akshu who is so far leading her life on her own without anyone's support.

Someone who is seeing hundreds of failures in their life is much stronger than the people who know how to only win. They can't bear a single failure. Abhi and aarohi are perfect example for this. If anyone people like akshara can survive anywhere in any condition. It's people like aarohi and abhi who might get their own life destroyed. Had so far in what way akshu made us think she can't survive. She is surviving and fighting with people in her own way. Leaving abhi was her own choice, choosing him on her sister wedding day was also her own choice. She did betray her sister but in her pov she wanted to save all 3 lives from getting ruined because of a loveless marriage. If she had known aarohi loved abhi she would have let that wedding happen. In a way akshara was the most selfish person who wanted to gift wrap her love to gain her sister's love. So far whose words did she listen. She only looks and acts timid the things she does isn't anywhere timid.

Silence speak much stronger than words. All aarohi does is bak bak all the time. What else did she gain from her bak bak. Do you think with all the lies even if akshu didn't interfere even if abhi married aarohi he would have stayed with her for the sake of staying together.

Modern woman don't go around abusing, manipulating, insulting people. They have better self - respect too.

You guys are ignoring the fact that aarohi betrayed their trust took money gave it to someone behind their back. If she could steal money she might as well sell their house one day and go on a vacation. Today it was exam and tomorrow it would be for something else. In a way both girls broke their trust.

Arohi literally gaslighted and blackmailed Akshara both directly and indirectly into giving up the person she loved.

The scene where Arohi is in hospital after the cut on her hand and the confrontation scene where she spews venom on Akshara after the fire incident.

Arohi is an abuser and a bully. Modern women don't torture someone and treat someone like a slave like what Arohi does to Akshara every day.

And modern women have self respect. Not like Arohi who was dying to get a trophy husband just because she wanted Abhimanyu's status and power, even though he clearly rejected her in the first tilak and clearly told her he loves someone else.

So it's a fair point - he might just be like 'my beti has suffered enough' and let her off with a slap on the wrist. Even during his rant at the mandir, he reserved most of his anger for Akshara (and to be honest, in terms of socially embarassing behavior, what Akshara did was FAR worse than what Arohi did).

Atleast usme he was relatively equal, because both his "bacchiyan" were wrong and definitely deserved a scolding then.

He has forgiven Arohi for all her minor and major wrong doings until now. He has managed to allow himself to move the wedding forward because that is what Arohi wanted even when he disliked the Birlas or Harsh. Because he wanted to make Arohi happy.

Let’s see what how much he values Aksharas happiness tomorrow. He’s never had to choose akshras happiness in his life. It’s always been about Arohi. Akshara has just made her own way and supported him and the family is making Arohi happy.
