ok akshu never spoke but her actions spoke louder than words dint they, and both aarohi and abhi read it perfectly well so did kairav.

the fire incident was more than enough for aarohi to understand about akshus affection, also during her tilak she clearly told akshu that I know you said nothing because of the family but I dont care about anything I am so happy that I got abhi.

Abhi was also struggling to get it out of her system thus he ignored her and shouted on her so that she can come out of her shell, not to forget he also threatened suicide for this cause

And that's where the conditioning comes in. She has been conditioned to be the way she is. Arohi will insult her in front of the whole world (which actually happened yesterday) and not one person in the Goenka family will stop her. This has been going on since childhood. She's silent because that's what she's had to do her entire life. How can you expect support from a family to get the love of your life, when they couldn't even protect you from your sister?

The thing is why should Akshu tolerate Arohi's nonsense? She very well knew Arohi is not going to give her the kind of love she craves. Her sacrifices are not worth. And what knowing with Arohi? Everyone knows she will just use n throw Akshu the moment she gets the chance... My problem is Akshu should open her mouth n speak her heart out... Even if it's with the family.. if once she had confessed the truth to them.. Arohi Kya bigadti? Kuch nahi.. I see all the three as equally wrong. All three should take the blame instead of taking sides like Arohi is correct or abhi is correct or Akshu is correct.

Bold - promise to dying mother to always keep Arohi happy. Oh and also if someone keeps telling you that you're the reason their mother died, then sooner or later, you'll start believing it too.

Actually Akshara was ready to jump into the fire for the kids also...she is a good human being she would have jumped for anyone...Abhimanyu saved those kids nobody mentioned it...kids parents didn't even thank him..nobody in entire yeh rishta universe gave him the credit...poor Abhimanyu...

Exactly!

Akshu doesn’t tell anything to her family is because she doesn’t trust them!

She doesn’t trust them enough to believe they will do right by her!

I have observed this in twitter and forum discussions that people are annoyed at Akshu for keeping quite and in constant guilt for no reason!

But I disagree! Her guilt stems from her family’s reaction! She knows she didn’t do anything that caused sirat to die! She knows it’s an accident! But everytime Arohi treats her like a culprit and murderer, her family stays quiet! This only made her believe some where it’s definitely her fault it happened!

If they stop Arohi in middle in her stupid monolgue of blaming Akshu and reprimand her ki tum galat ho and to make her understand it’s an accident!

Keeping quiet during these situations made Akshara believe that Arohi is always right and she is always wrong!

If you observe in the starting before Abhi’s love took an important place in her life she constantly believed to be inferior to Arohi!

Even when the misunderstanding happened during the first tilak she is like “Mujhe hi galat fehmi hui hogi! Aaru is more intelligent! Woh kyu galat samjhengi? Meine hi koi galti ki hogi! Abhi shayad Aaru se hi pyaar karta hai! Meine hi galat samjha!”

This is how Akshu was brought up!

Like how Manjari takes all of Birla family’s bullshit! Akshu takes Goenka family’s bullshit!

The only difference between them is Akshu now has a supportive backbone in the form of a to be life partner!

Yup, same applies to her as well. She's always done whatever she wants, always said whatever she wants. Taunted, bullied, disrespected, accused Akshara for years, and no one has told her anything. So over the years, she's also started believing that she's always right.

They are all at fault, I agree. I don't think anyone is saying that Akshara and Abhimanyu are not to blame.

She did try to speak twice as far as I can remember but each time Arohi emotionally blackmailed her into submission.
Arohi manipulates everything to get things her way otherwise she throws tantrums and threatens of going away, breaking rishtas and etc.
