Arohi would also agree. Which will make it tough for neil to deny as abhi loves neil alot. If he comes to know abhi and akshu would have sacrifice their love at any cost he will feel guilty for not taking this step.

If neil marries arohi with her permission goenkas and birlas will still stay together and abhi will not face any complications
