I need Akshara to explain herself to him at least. Why she may have done what she did for her sister's happiness as she thought Arohi loved him too. Then she should explain she cannot run off with him because that would look bad for everyone. This way Abhi can just break this rishta himself.

He asked for the rishta and he can break it if he has enough reason why he should no longer be with Arohi. This way it leaves Akshara out of this and she won't get blamed because Abhi did this himself. And the thing is which he doesn't realize is each of his family members has pieces of the truth to help him out. Neil, Mahima, Shefali, and Parth

The only issue I have with all of this is that technically it was Akshara's 1st rejection without explanation that cause all the events after when she should have told him up front for her choice.
