No Sati is the first wife and parvati is the reincarnation of her and the second wife of shivji.. We associate ourselves and always adore Gowri shankar as they are the perfect couple with a whole family together. Sati and shivji couldnt be together for long.

That is the reason Abhi while praying to Shivji says please dont make Ak as Sati and take her away from him from this hospital as in this short lifespan of human world there wont be any Parvati to reincarnate and come back to him.

Daksha was arrogant throughout and in this yagna he insults Lord Shiva by also not giving him the sacrificial offering which is given to the Gods. Sati is very angry that her father is insulting her husband this way. It's humiliating for her in front of all the invited guests and Gods in the yagna.

She says that her body is born of a father who is unworthy. So she vows to be reborn, of a father whom she can respect and who is worthy. And immolates herself in the very yagna.

Shiva is so heartbroken over this and he carries her charred body around in his arms across all the worlds. He becomes insane. Lord Vishnu sees this and to bring Shiva back to his godly status, uses his divine discus and cuts Devi Sati's charred body into 51 parts, which are the various Shakti Peeth temples across the subcontinent today. Each Shakti Peeth has its own Bhairav (aspect of Shiva) to protect it.

After rebirth when Parvati finally approaches Shiva, he is traumatised by the previous incident. He refuses to accept her love because she hasn't yet crossed over the limitations of the mortal body (made of the 5 elements of nature).

As Sati, she was bound by this limitation and that's why she went to Daksh's yagna even after Shiva's asking her not to go (out of love for her father). So she now does ghor tapasya (extreme penance) to get rid of all worldly attachments and to overcome the elemental limitations of a mortal. She becomes successful and is thus also called Aparna (the one who is without material attachments).

This is also a metaphor for the human soul realizing its ultimate truth and attaining consciousness (Sati is the material reality/soul that becomes one with Shiv, the spiritual reality or supreme consciousness). That's why she's also called Shiva's Shakti. She's the energy and power in Shiva. And all life exists only with the coming together of these two.

I corrected it . I was confused with names. I know the story. All burnt parts of sati is thrown away by shivji.and they are Asthadasapithas of mata 18 shakahti peeths. Cvs don't give that reference easily in story. He is begging God to save her orelse he will be broken like shivji and he can't love anyone. He wants her alive. Reference was symbolic and the he was asking for them to unite nd R is burnt in it.

They are just made for each other and destined together. He is so helpless as how to come out of all this and just be with his girl, without her he just cant survive or even breathe.

I think Neil will tell akshu in tomorrow's episode how much Bhai loves you akshara, he was going mad when you were in deathbed, how only you both are perfect for each other and remind him of the mess that aarohi did and how aarohi is not the right girl for abhimanyu

Then akshu ki aakhein khulegi and she will again question aarohi about what she was doing

Then that dialogue of 3 lives will come up.

At that time shiv ji was married to sati.

But since sati did not believed Shiv Ji's words and went to take test of shree ram disguising herself as sita mata . Shiv ji was rushta from her at that there was a yajna in Daksh house in which all the god's except shiv ji were invited but still sati went to it. And saw that they are insulting shiv ji in some manner so she jumbed in the holy fire.
