Mahima is not asking she is telling

I was watching the precap again and it occurred to me that Mahima is not asking Abhi whether he loves Akshu. She is not trying to trick him. She is telling him that he does and therefore he has to take courage and help her.

Where is Manjiri when her son needs her? I also hate that she’s gone to the temple because it means Abhi won’t go and find out about Akshu from the Pandit.

But technically and logically speaking Abhimanyu shouldn't operate on Akshara. Even if it's his specialty. Drs do not operate when it's personal case. They can't concentrate enough. Abhimanyu shouldn't have operated but humara sunta hi koun hai

Jija ji should not operate.

Aarohi cannot operate. She is just an MBBS doctor. She doesn't know anything about an emergency surgery.

Yes totally agree with all of you. In real life they would never ever allow this to happen. He would never be allowed to operate.

Why do they keep acting as if Birla hospital has no other doctors!
