I do think Kairav is fully aware Akshu loves Abhi and supports her but has be sensitive to Aarohi’s feelings too.

I think whole goenkas a over sensative towards arohi and completwly ignorant towards akshu

He differentiated between his sisters. Leave step and own. He differentiated.

If he saw that it was a suicide attempt, then he should have counselled Aarohi. He should have made her sit and see the truth. That there's no point blaming Akshara, because ABHI loves her. And even if Aarohi loves Abhi, he is not in love with her, and you can't force a relationship on someone.

In sending Akshu away, he's put a blame on her just like Aarohi. Akshara doesn't deserve it. If Kairav is another Aarohi, they've already ruined the show.

Maybe they are coming but the PH has to probably cast older verisons of these characters and they haven't finalized casting yet this is why we haven't seen them.

It would be nice to show a track that talks about depression, suicide, and therapy but of course most all of this is just done for drama in the show cause Arohi is going to be shown to not really be suicidal but just emotionally blackmailing her family to get what she wants.

Truth is she needs therapy to comes to terms with her mother's death and not blame Akshara. She probably deep down inside feels gulity and angry that her mother died because she insisted on going to the temple. If she had not gone her mother may still have been alive today. She is misplacing her own guilt and lashing out her anger on Akshara. And Akshara being the selfless person that she is ends up taking it because she understands her sister's feelings. The Goenkas have taken Akshara's nature for granted and always know that Akshara being the eldest sister will also do the sacrificing no questions asked.

Kairav will do what he thinks is right. Sending Akshara away at least allows her to stay away from all the drama of the house. So unless the makers what to tackle a mental health track the most we are going to be shown is Akshara sacrificing herself over and over again until she starts to stand up for herself and the truth of Arohi is exposed to everyone in the Goenka and Birla households.

Arohi needs to get send to a mental hospital for treatment

Why Akshara has to leave home always?

I think Abhimanyu might end up at the same place, He might go there for some business or to refresh his mind from the heartbreak.
